Amazing food!!! Great service!! Great pricing!!

Carla's experience and great food make for a great wedding! I had many people tell me it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. Carla was very flexible and accommodating and we all know this is a big plus. If you need linens or decorations you must ask her or visit her warehouse....she might save you a lot of time and money. Pricing was very reasonable. Do not let her calmness fool you she can take of it! This caterer is at the very top of my list!

Carla and her wonderful crew provided the decorations for our reception venue. They transformed the place! It looked fabulous! I loved working with Carla. She was very laid back and I always felt like she understood my vision for what I wanted. Her crew worked non-stop the day of the wedding and they did not stop until the place looked exactly like I wanted it to. Carla did not provide her catering for our wedding because the reception was at a restaraunt in which food was provided. However, I have had the chance to taste Carla's food and it was great! Also, her prices are very reasonable.

Carla's Catering has outstanding food! Everything at our wedding was delicious! My husband wanted a pork chop at the reception, but they cost extra. She made one especially for him anyways! I thought that was a nice touch that she didn't have to do. We also had pies and cobblers that were TO DIE FOR! Her staff cleaned up afterwards, along with going around and cleaning up everyones plates. We had a wonderful experience!

The was the best value ever! The food was absolutely wonderful and we had lots of it. Really helped to make the event great!

The food was alright, but you could tell that it had been sitting for a while before being brought out to serve. The food trays never went empty though, and the servers did a good job cleaning up.

Carla also offers decorating services, and although she understood our vision and did a wonderful job decorating, she quoted us a price of $4500, then on the day of the wedding, gave us a bill for over $10,000.00!! It may have been nice, but it was absolutely NOT worth ten grand. That was an unexpected five thousand dollar blow to our limited budget, and for that reason alone, I suggest that no one use her unless they have a small fortune to blow. She has all kinds of hidden costs!

Her food tastes like frozen. Not responsible at all, people of my family couldn't get hold of her. She was trying to find other caterers to cook and charge us more! If you get great food, it is probably not from her. She will promise you when you are paying deposit, and it turns out she will not do anything she promised. She's more like an agency than a caterer. If anybody wants to mess around with his or her wedding, go ahead and choose her.

We booked Carla's Catering for our family reunion. She had confirmed our arrangements and I sent her our final number the week before. She never showed up. VERY UNRELIABLE!!!

This place is disgusting I was working on the building where she prepares the food and she had about 20 dogs running around in the building she had Rall sewer on the floor And running on the ground just out in open it was running right into a well was very disgusting the Board of Health needs a closer her down I
