In order to receive an accurate written quote for your consideration, please provide me with the following information and any other questions you may have:

* date of the wedding
* approximate time the bridal party must be ready on the wedding day
* total number of people who will require makeup
* location where the makeup appointment is to take place on the wedding day
* if you will require a full day booking for touch ups
* if the wedding consists of a single ceremony or if you (and your bridal party?) will require a change of makeup for a second ceremony
