Carbonara Catering made my wedding unforgettable! From the moment I met Christina, she felt like family. The tasting was amazing, and every dish was incredible, making it soooo hard to choose. On my wedding day, Christina’s energy and warmth made everything even better. Guests raved about the food, calling it the best wedding meal ever. We used Carbonara to cater our wedding Feb 2022. I can't say enough about Christina and her level of service from before the start, the start and to the finish. She shines like a light on everything she does. We did our first "tasting" with Christina, and she basically ruined it for anyone else we went to try. Ha! The food was amazing, the service was impeccable. Do yourself a favor when deciding on a caterer. Just go with Carbonara!

Christina Carbonara of Carbonara’s Catering went ‘above and beyond’ to provide a delicious, plated dinner for 100 guests. We received many compliments from our family & friends in attendance for the dinner, which included an exceptional bar service. Christina also coordinated the rentals with Signature Rentals. They provided beautifully decorated tables with china and glassware. The service was impeccable and the staff was very friendly and professional!

Christina & Carbonara Catering were wonderful! It’s a small family owned operation and we loved that they made us feel like part of the family from day one. From the beginning starting with gathering a rough quote, Christina was great to work with. Our first tasting went so well and they were open to creating anything for us that we may have in mind that was not part of their menu selection for the initial tasting, even asked if we had a recipe in mind. The food was all so good that we had a hard time narrowing it down to 3 entrees, so Christina said we could have 4 at no extra charge. Great! Chef Rocco cooked the food for the tasting so we made sure that he was personally at our wedding, and he was! We received so many compliments at our wedding on how delicious the food was. It was a big hit! Chef Rocco even provided a complimentary charcuterie board for our cocktail hour, which we didn't even know about until after the ceremony. So with that and all our appetizers, there was plenty of food to go around. No one left hungry. Additionally, we were originally thinking of late night snacks and Christina recommended that we didn’t need to do so and spend the extra money because of when our guest would have dinner and the time our wedding ended, she said people wouldn’t be hungry. We really appreciated having someone to trust through this process and would be honest with us. Christina really worked with us on price and getting exactly what we needed and was really easy to work with.

Christina also helped ensure the day of went very smoothly, even through a little hiccup where the name cards got all mixed up. We never had to worry about anything with Christina, she was always on top of it. Christina helped make the complicated planning process super easy. She coordinated with the planner and the rental company, and took care of many small detailed requests that we had. We are really glad we hired Carbonara, and totally recommend them for any event, big or small.

Carbonara's is known for it's wonderful dishes in San Clemente, but Christina Carbonara and her team were really what made our whole wedding. From day 1 of booking Christina she was flexible, easy to get a hold of and very responsive. Christina has been in the catering business for years and she seriously was the backbone for our entire wedding.

Christina at Carbonara catering is by far the best person who you want to cater your next wedding. Most delicious food ever! Looks and tastes amazing. Great set up and looks soooo elegant. She is sooo patient with clients and extremely professional. She and her crew were just perfect for our wedding!

Absolutely amAzing food! How often do you you really feel that way at a wedding? We had a buffet, with the most incredible spread, our guests were raving! We went in for a tasting and were taken aback by how sensational the food was, hoping it would serve up so deliciously on the big day - and it certainly did! Straight up, the food is fantastic but furthermore, Christina Carbonara is one of the best vendors I had the pleasure of working with. She provided floor plans, did a walk through, worked really well with our budget and supported our out-of-the-box ideas, she was there the day of with her smiling, positive disposition, handling more wedding details than a caterer would ever be expected. She is a pro and it shows! Her whole catering team was exceptionally professional and the entire evening was SO lovely thanks to the impressive food and beverage service! Christina Carbonara did my wedding three weeks ago. She is PHENOMENAL. If I could give her ten stars I would!!

First off, Carbonara's food is amazing. We did a Mexican buffet and this Italian restaurant nailed Mexican! Christina worked with what my personal tastes and offered amazing suggestions to create the perfect party feel. She is incredibly organized and super fun to work with. The Carbonara family is so well respected in the San Clemente/Orange County area because its all about good food and good people.

Carbonara Catering was supposed to be the caterer for my wedding on September 19th. In May they canceled our tasting, and they have ceased communication with us. We still have never heard back. Choose a caterer that is reliable.
