This was a destination wedding which adds its own sets of challenges. Kelly saw our vision and made it happen with suggestions of vendors & appointments. Kelly knows her stuff and I would advise anyone who is looking to get married in Arkansas to use her.

Hiring a wedding planner was the best possible decision we could have made, and Kelly UNDERSTOOD THE ASSIGNMENT. She got us the information we needed, and kept us in the loop ever step of the way. The way she took charge as soon as we arrived at the rehearsal space and the reception space was everything. She turned the reception space into everything that we wanted. It was amazing, and I cannot recommend her more highly.

The videos Kelly capture for my wedding day and rehearsal dinner are fabulous. She captured all the toasts and so many great memories of everyone dancing during the reception. I can't wait to watch these for years to come.

Kelly was a joy to work with! She was very sweet, accommodating, and made sure we were satisfied with everything she did. We used her and her team for our photography, videography, and day-of-coordinating.

We were married in Hot Springs on April 7th of this year and we couldn’t be happier that we hired Kelly to coordinate the event. We traveled from Florida to get married the day before the eclipse with more than 50 guests who all traveled from other states and countries. In the months leading up to our wedding, Kelly was our “boots on the ground” in Arkansas. She was a constant source of nerve-calming preparedness. She met with us multiple times – both remotely, accommodating time zones, and in person when we made our recon’ trip in January. She was able to schedule meetings for us with every vendor, with short notice on a weekend. She even made suggestions of things we could do that weekend, planning our mini trip too.
She went above and beyond our expectations to make the entire day completely painless and perfect. We also absolutely loved everyone that she recommended to us – the photographer, musician, caterer, florist, and cake maker were all absolutely incredible. We had some unexpected weather the day of the wedding and Kelly turned on a dime and reimagined our ceremony in the best way. Neither of us can think of anything that could’ve made our day more perfect, and it was entirely because of Kelly’s quick thinking, professionalism, consideration, and natural talent for bringing so many moving pieces together for us. Thank you, Kelly. You were such a big part of our entire experience. Your dedication and hard work will never be forgotten. We literally couldn’t have done it without you!

Kelly was on top of things from my very first phone call through the wedding and even the day after. Hot Springs was a destination wedding for us and we wanted someone local who could take care of all the details that we couldn’t be there to handle in person. Kelly was able to make great recommendations on vendors that not only went with the feel of the wedding but also our personalities. We had a Scottish wedding and she even found us a bag piper. Our wedding day turned out perfectly and even better than I could have imagined.

Kelly literally made our wedding dreams come true! She hired the best vendors for our wedding, was a pleasure to work with during planning (which for us, lasted 18 months!) and on our wedding day, she made it all happen. She was literally running around, ensuring that everything was exactly as I wanted it and that we were all on schedule. Hire her, she is the best wedding planner and event coordinator that money can buy!

Kelly is absolutely AMAZING. I can't stress that enough! I originally planned on planning the entire wedding by myself... HUGE mistake. About 6 months prior to the wedding I did a LOT of research on local wedding planners in Hot Springs and thank goodness I found Kelly. She was so quick at responding to my emails and texts, she literally made me feel like all my stress and worries just disappeared. I can tell she's done MANY weddings, there were things I've never thought of that she would bring up or offer. She also has many contacts- that was TREMENDOUS help with our bouquet (which was gorgeous!), having extra tables and chairs set up, a DELICIOUS wedding cake, and hiring bartenders and assistants. And to top it off... she kept all our needs and wants within our budget.

Kelly was amazing at capturing the moments I wanted most. She edited and created a wonderful video that had the entire ceremony as well as the most important moments I wanted before and after. She was flexible with her time as the night went on. I am extremely pleased and highly recommend her to anyone who wants to make sure their special day is captured on video!
