My daughters wedding was a picture perfect day. I attribute this to Kelly. I could not have asked for a better coordinator. Kelly is the absolute BEST!!!!!
This was a destination wedding which adds its own sets of challenges. Kelly saw our vision and made it happen with suggestions of vendors & appointments. Kelly knows her stuff and I would advise anyone who is looking to get married in Arkansas to use her.
Kelly poured into my daughters wedding and made what so many people say is a stressful day, a day I didn’t have to worry about anything and I could focus and enjoy my daughters day to the fullest!!!!!!
There is not one thing I would have changed about the wedding.
You would be crazy not to use Kelly!!!

Hiring a wedding planner was the best possible decision we could have made, and Kelly UNDERSTOOD THE ASSIGNMENT. She got us the information we needed, and kept us in the loop ever step of the way. The way she took charge as soon as we arrived at the rehearsal space and the reception space was everything. She turned the reception space into everything that we wanted. It was amazing, and I cannot recommend her more highly. -

The videos Kelly capture for my wedding day and rehearsal dinner are fabulous. She captured all the toasts and so many great memories of everyone dancing during the reception. I can't wait to watch these for years to come. -

We were married in Hot Springs on April 7th of this year and we couldn’t be happier that we hired Kelly to coordinate the event. We traveled from Florida to get married the day before the eclipse with more than 50 guests who all traveled from other states and countries. In the months leading up to our wedding, Kelly was our “boots on the ground” in Arkansas. She was a constant source of nerve-calming preparedness. She met with us multiple times – both remotely, accommodating time zones, and in person when we made our recon’ trip in January. She was able to schedule meetings for us with every vendor, with short notice on a weekend. She even made suggestions of things we could do that weekend, planning our mini trip too.
She went above and beyond our expectations to make the entire day completely painless and perfect. We also absolutely loved everyone that she recommended to us – the photographer, musician, caterer, florist, and cake maker were all absolutely incredible. We had some unexpected weather the day of the wedding and Kelly turned on a dime and reimagined our ceremony in the best way. Neither of us can think of anything that could’ve made our day more perfect, and it was entirely because of Kelly’s quick thinking, professionalism, consideration, and natural talent for bringing so many moving pieces together for us. Thank you, Kelly. You were such a big part of our entire experience. Your dedication and hard work will never be forgotten. We literally couldn’t have done it without you! -

Kelly literally made our wedding dreams come true! She hired the best vendors for our wedding, was a pleasure to work with during planning (which for us, lasted 18 months!) and on our wedding day, she made it all happen. She was literally running around, ensuring that everything was exactly as I wanted it and that we were all on schedule. Hire her, she is the best wedding planner and event coordinator that money can buy! -

Kelly is absolutely AMAZING. I can't stress that enough! I originally planned on planning the entire wedding by myself... HUGE mistake. About 6 months prior to the wedding I did a LOT of research on local wedding planners in Hot Springs and thank goodness I found Kelly. She was so quick at responding to my emails and texts, she literally made me feel like all my stress and worries just disappeared. I can tell she's done MANY weddings, there were things I've never thought of that she would bring up or offer. She also has many contacts- that was TREMENDOUS help with our bouquet (which was gorgeous!), having extra tables and chairs set up, a DELICIOUS wedding cake, and hiring bartenders and assistants. And to top it off... she kept all our needs and wants within our budget.
I HIGHLY recommend her business :) -

Kelly and her team were amazing! She dealt with a lot from this bride, from postponing the wedding due to COVID to then having to move the reception almost last minute due to rain! She was wonderful and made the process of planning and putting on the wedding as easy as it could have been despite all of the hiccups. Our wedding video from Kelly's team was absolutely stunning and so much was covered from our day. -

When coordinating my granddaughter's wedding at the Anthony Chapel (long distance in Hot Springs), I was worried that not seeing the venue beforehand would be a problem. With Kelly's help, and the team at Garvan Woodland Gardens, I was better able to visualize the setting and figure out all the logistics. On the day of the wedding, Kelly and her team arrived promptly and immediately were on a mission to get the best photos and video they could in the amount of time they had. Everything turned out perfectly the day of the wedding; the weather was cold, but the sky was bright blue and the sun was shining. The video and photos turned out AMAZING and were so much better than I imagined it could be. It was truly magical! I thank Kelly and her team for capturing the moments and would highly recommend her to anyone. Although I coordinated the wedding myself, I would definitely recommend Kelly as a wedding coordinator, day of coordinator, and especially her video and photography expertise. It was a dream come true. Thank you, Kelly! -

Kelly was absolutely amazing!! She was there every step of the way to make sure our wedding was everything we ever wanted and more! She arrived early to help decorate for the reception. She even brought her own greenery to add in!! She made me feel so calm throughout the day! And oh my goodness, she even snapped some great pictures of us!! At the reception she made sure we had time to sit and enjoy the yummy food that she recommended! She even put my reception shoes on for me while I ate! Kelly went above and beyond! If you are getting married, there’s no doubt you need Kelly there for you! -

We hired Kelly as the Day-Of wedding coordinator for our wedding at Garvan Woodland Gardens. Our only regret — that we didn’t hire Kelly to fully coordinate our entire wedding! She was that fantastic! Before engaging Kelly as our coordinator, we looked at most of the other agencies in the area. While she had great reviews (including being voted Wedding Wire’s 2020 Couple’s Choice), and her prices were very reasonable (and fit right into our modest budget), we weren’t completely convinced until we met with her. Kelly is incredibly personable, warm, knowledgeable, and seemed genuinely excited about her work and our wedding. In the months leading up to the wedding she answered all our questions, from recommended vendors to the best places for guests to stay, and helped us make sure we didn’t overlook any details, major (recent changes in the venue’s policies) or minor (order of the processional and arranging decorations). She also kept all her recommendations within our budget. She even went above and beyond and did a taste testing for us when we couldn’t be in town.
The wedding season was incredibly busy due to rescheduling from COVID-19, and most vendors were receiving double their usual business. While we had difficulties with others, Kelly never made us feel like we were a second thought or a lower priority than another couple. We never waited longer than a day for a response – and usually she got back to us in a matter of hours. Believe us, chasing vendors for a response or even a bill can be a huge hassle. Never happened with Kelly.
As the day got closer she helped us plan every last detail, arranging timelines, coordinating vendor arrivals, and making sure the wedding party knew what to do when the moment came. Not only was she professional and efficient, she had a calming presence on the entire wedding party — we trusted her to know what to do, and that took so much pressure off of everyone. The day of couldn’t have gone more smoothly — something that nearly every guest remarked on. And more than one guest complimented Kelly directly, saying that it seemed like she was “everywhere at once.” Kelly really came through for our wedding and reduced our stress so much. We would highly, highly recommend you considering her for your coordinator. And if you’re thinking of her for Day-Of Coordination, my best advice is to spend the extra money for Full-Coordination — it’s absolutely worth it!!

Best Day Of Coordinator
My wedding was the last destination wedding before Covid-19 halted all travel. Covid-19 made my wedding super stressful for many reasons including many cancellations. Kelly made my ceremony completely stress free in this crazy time. She was absolutely amazing, I cant say enough about her, she is thoughtful and kind. The ceremony ran smooth and on time! Everything was perfect. I highly recommend her services you wont regret it. -

Kelly was amazing from day one. U am from Ireland and it's very daunting finding vendors from 4000+ miles away. Kelly was brilliant we spoke through emails mostly but was very accommodating when I flew over a few months before the wedding. She went over every detail and offered any help I needed. I was extremely relieved. You can tell she has a lot of experience. On the day of the rehearsal and wedding, she was probably the most organised there, besides the officant, Kelly made sure everyone was where they where to be. She had the music sorted, boys lined up and all of her cameras ready to rock and roll. She's amazing and I can't thank her enough. My husband and I would definitely recommend her for video, and as coordinating. She did a brilliant job. -
