If I could leave zero stars, I would. Bailey Smith was extremely unprofessional, rude, and ultimately kept nearly $1,500 of my money. Our payments were made each month through invoices she emailed to us. One month, she sent the invoice late but still added late fees of $50 per day, even though we hadn't received anything to pay. After I pointed out that it wasn't fair to charge late fees when the invoice hadn't been sent, she removed them, acknowledging the mistake. However, she later used that incident against us by claiming we had a history of late payments. During this time, my grandmother passed away, and my dad was responsible for paying the funeral expenses. We explained our situation and communicated openly with Bailey. We were only about a week behind, and we had already made arrangements to pay the remaining balance in full that Friday. She agreed to that plan during a phone call on Wednesday. Instead, later that same day, I received an email informing me that she was terminating our contract. After agreeing to a payment arrangement, she reversed course without warning. It felt incredibly unprofessional and left us scrambling during an already stressful time. Given that she had recently had a baby, it honestly made me question whether she intended to follow through with coordinating our wedding in the first place. Throughout our experience, Bailey was difficult to work with, disorganized, and showed very little empathy during a family emergency. A wedding coordinator should help reduce stress, not add to it. If you're already overwhelmed planning your wedding, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
