Capital Banquet Center features two individual event spaces, which each have a maximum capacity of 250 guests. Both rooms can be combined for larger celebrations. These banquet rooms boast show-stopping mirrored walls, alongside elegant crystal chandeliers. Upon arriving at this venue, guests can be dazzled by the antique light fixture in the foyer, setting a sophisticated tone for the celebration. Outside, meanwhile, there is a picturesque pear orchard, ideal for outdoor wedding photos. This venue welcomes rehearsal dinners, ceremonies, and receptions, alongside wedding showers and engagement parties. Elopements can also be held here.

The menus at this event space are completely customizable, with all items being made from scratch by Chef John and his hard-working team. The food can be served as a buffet, as well as plated and hors d'oeuvres. Some of the dishes include beef tenderloin, fettuccine alfredo, and chicken caesar salad.
