Capital Banquet Center features two individual event spaces, which each have a maximum capacity of 250 guests. Both rooms can be combined for larger celebrations. The menus at this event space are completely customizable, with all items being made from scratch by Chef John and his hard-working team. The food can be served as a buffet, as well as plated and hors d'oeuvres. Some of the dishes include beef tenderloin, fettuccine alfredo, and chicken caesar salad.
