Hands down the best decision we made while planning our wedding was hiring Kim to be our wedding planner. From the very beginning, Kim and I clicked - she has an awesome personality and always kept me laughing and having fun during the planning process. Kim has great relationships with various vendors, and her thoughtful recommendations for our other vendors all delivered one hundred percent. Kim was wonderful during the planning process - she kept me on track with budget documents and timelines, was my constant liaison with other vendors and the venue, reviewed all of my contracts, and went above and beyond to help me achieve the decor and feel I was going for. I was a bit of a Pinterest bride, and every single thing I loved, Kim helped me get my hands on. She had some decor items I was able to use, and she tracked down every other item I wanted as well. She even had an amazing etched wood welcome sign made that exactly matched the ones I'd been eyeing online. On the day-of, Kim made our lives SO stress-free. She was extremely organized and proactive and kept our rather large bridal party in line. I can't imagine going through the day of without Kim there. She definitely has a passion for planning weddings, she was so fun to work with, and her attention to detail and management style helped ensure the day went off without a hitch. I can't recommend her enough!

I met with Kim over a year ago, before my wedding even started. I loved her personality, she had confidence and was so sure of her self, I knew I needed her the day of my wedding.
Every single person that Kim reccomended exceeded my expectations, I think I booked everyone she suggested and could not be more happy.
I emailed Kim, a list of all my vendors ( dj, cigar roller, painter, photographer, videographer, florist and cake) she was in touch with everyone and coordinated with everything. I changed my song with my dad the morning of my wedding and she took care of it.

We had 36 people in our wedding party, including 10 kids. Kim took charge, it is not easy trying to get 36 people all at once in a photo or organized for that matter. Everyone in our wedding party kept saying she is the best. She worked with the photographer, videographer and dj to make sure everything was perfect and my husband and I were happy.

Kim's attention detail, organization and confidence is s no brainier when hiring her. She has a passion for wedding planning ( kind of like Jennifer Lopez in the wedding planner). You will not regret hiring Kim the day of your wedding.

My friend who was supposed to be my day-of-coordinator backed out last minute due to a death in the family. My venue, Moraine Farm, strongly recommended that despite my organizational skills, the details that I had put into the wedding really required a day-of-coordinator. Not to mention my dad had gone all dadzilla on me making every decision that much harder. Kimberly got back to me on my inquiry quickly and spent nearly half-a-day going through all my details and managing my father in preparation. She calmed my dad and made sure he and my family were taken well care of on the big day. Any last minute whims I had, including internet orders and a last minute chair and linen order were done instantly and with a perfect eye for my very picky style. Not to mention, it was supposed to rain the day of the wedding, and if I didn't know better I would be convinced she played a role in talking Mother Nature out of it. She was an advocate, leader, and friend all at once. I recommend her to anyone and everyone who wants their perfect pinterest wedding. No matter how organized, creative, and good at coordinating you are, you should really consider hiring this gem of an event planner. Her prices were by far the best and I would never have been able to be so stress free at my wedding without her. She went so very far above and beyond and made my day so perfect. Book her now and stop worrying about everything!

Kim was our event planner for a high profile golf tournament and dinner at an exclusive private golf club for 3 consecutive years. She provided excellent service and her attention to detail was impressive for our tournament with over 175 participants and guests. A hard-working event planner who understands client needs and works well under "game day" pressure.

I cannot even begin to tell you how pleased we were with Kim. She made sure everything went just as we planned. As the day began I was a bit nervous like most brides, wondering "What's gonna go wrong" right? Wrong! She was unbelievable! Kim made sure everything went very smooth. We knew as soon as we walked in, that she had everything under control. Everything looked so beautiful. Just recently I got a call from a family member asking "Who was the wedding planner at your wedding?" Not only did we think she was amazing, but our guests thought the same. She was very easy to work with and we didnt have to worry about a thing! If I could give any advise to the brides out there I would tell them Kim Cangiano is the way to go. We are now planning another wedding in the family and Kim is the wedding planner.

We had a limited budget and a very specific idea and Kim did everything to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. When our outdoor ceremony location became rained out, she immediately had a solution. When I decided to make 50 paper poms, she poofed them out and hung them so I didn't have to worry about. And when my wedding dress's zipper decided not to work, she was there with a pair of pliers and great determination and got the dress zipped.

The attention to every detail and care that Kim takes in what she does is evident. She was always quick to answer any questions, always had interesting suggestions to our concerns, and successfully helped us make our wedding unique, which was an important thing to us.

Kimberly made our wedding day amazing! Everything went exactly according to plan, with hardly any effort from me. As an event planner myself, I wanted to have someone else handle the details this time so that I could sit back and enjoy our wedding day! It was so great to be able to relax and watch the night unfold seamlessly and not have to worry about a thing!

She had many ideas and suggestions on ways of making my Christmas wedding memorable and unique. We still have guests telling us how magical the day was!
