Congratulations on your recent engagement and thank you for your interest in “The Farmhouse” at Candia Woods. Our new look “Farmhouse” reception facility will provide a rustic “Barn Like” setting with open beam ceiling, wide plank flooring and a featured wall of real barn doors.
Whether it be a classic sit-down plated dinner, a buffet, or stations. But, regardless of the format you choose, having a tour of our unique venue is the only way to fully appreciate how The Farmhouse at Candia Woods provides a setting unlike any other … inside/outside space!
You truly must see it to believe it. I invite you to come visit me for a tour of The Farmhouse and grounds You will see our inside space with seating for 130 guests, floor to ceiling windows and a “Barn Like” setting. The outside space includes the adjacent covered patio with gorgeous views … yes, cocktails and celebration under cover, or beneath the open sky.

We got married 06/26/23. We had been planning this day since February of 2022. Having the wedding planner Laura by our side since the beginning was a fantastic help. She always proved timely responses to my questions, no matter how silly they were. On the day of the wedding she waited until the last possible minute in hopes the rain would stop for our outdoor ceremony. She helped assure me that the indoor ceremony would still be gorgeous, and she was right. We definitely made the right decision. From holding an umbrella over my dress, to ensuring I had something to eat or a glass of water in my hand, the entire staff working our wedding was FABULOUS. They were personable, funny, and made the whole experience even more magical. I can’t recommend this venue enough. We are still receiving compliments from guest who raved about the food. It was perfectly timed so each meal was still hot! I was able to experience the wedding I’d been dreaming about since I was a little girl, all without breaking the bank.

Beautiful, Easy Going Venue
Candia Woods was the perfect venue for our wedding. We wanted a low key and fun wedding, and the team at Candia made that happen! The grounds are absolutely gorgeous, giving us the perfect backdrop for our photos and the ceremony. The pavilion has so much character that it needed very little decor brought in to dress it up.
Taylor was a joy to work with. She knew all the right questions to ask and helped us to make our day perfect. She and her team helped us set up our centerpieces the day before, set up our lawn games after the ceremony, and helped us to cater to the varying needs of our guests.
The food was fantastic! We loved the taco and fajita bar, but the pasta bar was the big crowd pleaser. There was plenty of food for everyone!
With the venue being close to Manchester hotels, a shuttle from the Manchester Transit Authority helped us to make sure everyone was able to enjoy themselves and get back safely. Taylor helped us stock the bar with our favorite drinks and the dance floor had plenty of room for everyone to dance the night away.
We loved our experience with Taylor and the crew at the Evergreen Pavilion at Candia Woods!

Amazing experience
Absolute best place to have a wedding!! Taylor, the coordinator, goes absolutely above and beyond to help her brides! I have nothing but great things to say about this place. From the start of the planning process to the last hour of the wedding Taylor was there to help. She was responsive to emails and texts and even helped decorate the ceremony space and reception room. On the wedding day, some of my corsages for my husbands sisters did not arrive with my flowers. Taylor went out and bought two dozen white roses and MADE beautiful pins for them. I was so grateful and impressed by her skill. She honestly made me feel like she was personally invested in making our day the best it could be. The rest of the staff at the wedding were also courteous and amazing and always ensured we had everything we needed. The food was delicious and dinner was served extremely smoothly! They let us take pictures anywhere we wanted around the golf course, and they even provided golf carts for us to use so we didn’t have to walk. The grounds are so beautiful and flower-filled, which helped to make our pictures amazing. Their prices are extremely fair and they do not try to charge you extra, unnecessary fees. I would 100% recommend this venue to anyone looking to have a beautiful wedding day.

I just got married at Candia Woods at the end of September. Everything was amazing. The venue was decorated beautifully with Fall flowers and elegant lighting. The food was fabulous and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Christina was wonderful to work with. She made sure everything ran smoothly and put everyone at ease without being too overbearing. She responded to all my questions quickly over the planning period. I would recommend this venue to anyone that wants an elegant, but affordable wedding.

Christina is the wedding coordinator and shes amazing! The venue is beautiful and located on a gorgeous golf course. This is wallet friendly and WILL NOT break the bank. I am very happy with the service, the food, the coordinator, and the venue itself. The package deals are incredible. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Candia Woods was the perfect place for our wedding! The flower garden for our ceremony was beautiful, as was the reception hall. The staff was also amazing friendly and helpful, and took care of me all day! The food... AWESOME!! They also have the best scenic areas to take pictures (I recommend Rick Bouthiette for photography there!)

What a wonderful and beautiful place! Christina was a wonder to work with. No matter what we needed/wanted she found some way to make it work. The food to die for - especially the beef tips! They basically took care of everything we needed for the reception as far as food, drinks and linens were concerned. We made our own centerpieces but the staff was an absolute gem! We wanted for nothing that night (except for more beef tips!!)!!
