Cakes by Valeria is a home bakery located in Maple Grove, Minnesota. Its owner, Valeria loves sharing her passion and skills for baking and decorating with everyone and is always determined in creating gorgeous and delicious cakes.

Valeria’s flavors go from her classic American buttercream, to those fruity and creamy ones influenced by her Argentinean-European roots.

She will work untiringly until she achieves an accurate reflection of what you’ve envisioned for your wedding, furthermore, Valeria will push herself to exceed all your expectations.

Services Offered
Cakes by Valeria will consult with clients to custom design a cake that is exactly what they want and need. Valeria offers private tastings and will deliver and set up cakes with cake cutters, toppers, and stands at the venue. She uses locally source ingredients and fresh fruits when available, and will honor dietary restrictions for those who are gluten, lactose, and nut free. Wonderful Service!

Valeria was wonderful to work with and our cake turned out amazing! My husband is lactose-intolerant and we were having a very hard time finding a baker willing to make us a dairy-free tiered cake for our wedding. I was very frustrated and thinking it wasn't going to happen for us. Then I stumbled across Valeria, and she was so kind and got back to me right away telling me it wouldn't be a problem! I am beyond pleased with my experience, I will be recommending her to my friends and family. Delicious cake and excellent customer service!

Accommodating, delicious and beautiful

Valeria went above and beyond to design my dream cake. With a 4 tiered cake, she made one layer gluten free to accommodate for myself and other gluten-free guests. She never blinked an eye when I changed my flavors (how can you pick when she has such amazing flavors to choose from)
The cake was a show stopper at the wedding and I can’t wait to have her for our next event.

Wedding cake

Valeria was very professional and engaging from the start. She was easy to work with and was very willing to work with whatever design we wanted. One our wedding day our cake exceeded our expectations in both look and taste. We would definitely recommend her services for anyone who wants quality work.

Wonderful experience

Valeria was wonderful to work with. She had many options for cake flavors. The cake turned out great! It was what we wanted and it tasted great. We would recommend her to our friends!

Excellent service, Delicious Cake

Croquembouche is not an easy cake to make. She was able to make it with flawless execution. Delicious taste, My wife and I were very pleased. Would recommend any time!

Personable & delciious

Valeria was absolutely amazing. We didn't want a generic wedding cake that looked like a giant machine made it. From the start Valeria gave us options, was flexible with tastings and gave us advice on what would work best for our event. We had a cake that was incredibly gorgeous, professional but also had its own unique characteristics that made it ORIGINAL. Valeria also did cupcakes for us. We originally just asked for simple but she added in some gold (and I mean GOLD) colored initials to add some personalization, we were in LOVE. The taste of the cake was amazing and the frosting wasn't sickly sweet, which is exactly what we hoped for.
Valeria was also just an amazing person to work with in general and we will definitely use/recommend her in the future!

Valeria was wonderful to work with and made us feel like we were such a special couple on our wedding day! She definitely gave us special treatment by personalizing everything, making us a beautiful cake, and really reassuring us everything is taking care of! We had a lot of fun at the tasting! The only tough part was narrowing down our selections! On the wedding night and even days after we had people comment to us about how great the wedding cake was! TOTAL SUCCESS! Thank you Valeria for making our wedding so special! <3
