We are so thankful for our wedding cake made by Ginger! Not only are her cakes incredibly tasty, she has so many flavor options and is helpful with planning the size of cake needed as well as the flavors. She also made such a beautiful cake, placed our flowers perfectly, and even made our dog out of fondant. Would recommend her to anyone who is planning their wedding!

Ginger made my daughter's wedding cake and it was absolutely delicious!! It was decorated exactly like my daughter wanted and the groom's cake was perfect! Her prices are very reasonable; especially considering the quality. I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing a cake for any occasion!

Ginger was super easy to work with, she listened to what I was wanting and was able to make the cake of my dreams! She provided detailed instructions on how to preserve the top layer for your one year anniversary and it worked! Our cake tasted amazing, even after one year in the freezer!

Ginger Clark is "Cakes by Carolyn" and she's great. Her cakes are delicious, she has a lot of different flavors from which to choose, and she even did an individual flavor that was not on her original list (that we requested) for our groom's cake. She was very flexible and worked with my mother-in-law to deliver my cake later in the day so that the buttercream did not melt in the sun! Ginger has worked on MANY weddings and has books and books of images to choose from if you don't know exactly what you want. Her cake is also a great value for the price. You don't need to look for anyone else; highly recommend.

You really can't get any better!! The tasting blew us away. She is so efficient in helping you figure out what you really want in a cake. Design, tiers, style, size, everything. Then the moistness of her cakes are just unreal. So good. So many flavors to choose from. We did 4 tiers with each of the 3 main tiers a different flavor. Best ever! Will recommend to anyone 150%.

Ginger is wonderful! She lets you sample a wide variety and is very helpful if you have no clue where to start with a design. He hand drawing of our wedding cake is exactly what I wanted. Normally there is so much cake left at the wedding but we had multiple people tell us they tried every flavor because it was too good!
