Thank you so much for stopping by. At Jaybear Bake Shop we want to make sure that you have a wonderful experience form beginning to end. Nicknamed after our adorable nephew, we are a local owned bakery that sprung to life as an after work stress reliever. after multiple requests from co-workers to sell them our products, Jaybear was born! We currently specializes in specialty cakes, wedding cakes, cupcakes and cake pops. We take treats that we have grown up with and discovered will "food fanning" and add our own spin. Learning from our grannies knees; we have taken some of our most precious family recipes and are sharing them with you...lol kind of. We so look forward to sitting down with you at one of our tastings so we can design the perfect cake just for you! At this time we will work with you to make sure that your vision comes to life and you get to sample our tasting cakes while you're at it. Jaybear was one of the first vendors that we signed for our wedding! We were planning the wedding from out of town, and they were able to accommodate us on a weekend with short notice for a tasting, and we loved their flavors and offerings. As is the case with wedding planning, it can be high pressure, at times intense, and stressful. Courtni and Jami were the pair that we needed to bring calm, humor, and confidence as we partnered with them for our baking needs. They were so patient working with us (mostly me) on the design of the wedding cake, even when it changed a couple of times. They also helped me create a surprise cake for the groom since his birthday was the day after the wedding. The cake, mini-cupcakes, and groom’s cake turned out beautifully, and they set up the display for us at the venue. We chose to use a combination of red velvet, lemon, strawberry, vanilla, and death by chocolate on the cakes and mini-cupcakes. Everyone loved it!

Jaybear Bake Shop is AWESOME, and I can't wait until my next event to give them a call!! In the past I've ordered strawberry birthday cake and sweet potato pies!!!! They are prompt, professional, and friendly....but most of all, the treats are SWEET and especially DELICIOUS! Check them out!!

It was a fun experience working with Jaybear Bake Shop. Courtni is very talented in cake design, and the final product was outstanding and very tasty. She was very easy to work with and prompt in all communications and updates. I definitely plan to use her business again!

We have had the push up cake pops several times, the cake pops and a custom cake and they have been over the top amazing every time! My favorite is when they did the neon colored push up cake pops!! The kids were asking for more. I highly recommend Jaybear bake shop!! This is where I will go from now on!!

I ordered some red velvet cupcakes for a business meeting. The cupcakes were absolutely amazing - and they were a hit at our meeting. They were gone at the first break!!!

I ordered a birthday cake for my daughter. I provided Jaybear with a design and they exceeded my wishes!! They even went above and beyond and created the dancer on the top of the cake. I didn't ask for the cake topper so when I saw it, I literally cried. When I presented my daughter with her cake, she screamed in excitement. The cake was so beautiful that I did not want to cut it. However, I am glad that I did. The cake was so flavorful and moist. I still cannot believe that JayBear made such an amazing cake so quickly. They have quickly became my favorite bake shop. I would highly recommended their services for any event(birthday, wedding, anniversary, just because you want to eat yummy cake). I would have definitely ordered a cake for my wedding from JayBear but my husband and I eloped. We do plan to order a cake for our anniversary this November.

I was so lucky to come across Jaybear! Not only are the cakes delicious no matter what flavor you choose, but Courtni is so amazing! I changed my mind on the design of my cake a few times and Courtni always would tell me sure we can do that! Prices were reasonable. My cake turned out amazing and delicious! Thank you Jaybear!

I have ordered from JayBear Bake shop on multiple occasions over the last 3 years. I’ve used them for work events, birthdays and parties. I love the sweets, the service and the responsiveness of these ladies. I would recommend their service to anyone!
