Nicolen's custom-made flamingo cake pops were a huge hit at our San Diego wedding! After an exhautive search for a cakepop baker with reasonable prices and quality work to make flamingo cake pops, I met Nicolen at a wedding fair in Treasure Island, and the deal was sealed! She was really easy to work with and I loved that she was enthusiastic about the challenge to make something she'd never created before. We had to transport them down from Alameda to San Diego, and when Nicolen delivered (!) the final pops to us, they were perfectly wrapped and securely placed in a container so that we could easily drive them down without any casualties. My only real regret is not saving a few for after the wedding ;). I would recommend her to anyone who wants something different and memorable. She's a pro!
