Nightmare. We only used this vendor because she had a contract with our venue. She dropped our cake upon delivery, which resulted in our cake sitting lopsided. It looked nothing like what we discussed- very sloppy with a big gash in the side. When she was called back to fix it (yes- she left the venue with the cake like that), she made it worse. I don't know how someone messes up a simple buttercream frosting cake with polka dots. It looked like a cake that a 5 year old could have decorated. This was the first thing I saw when I arrived in the ceremony space. DO NOT USE HER!

HORRIBLE COMPANY!! COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO RISK SERVING A NASTY CAKE WITH SLOPPY DESIGN WORK! WISH I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE REVIEW!

We only went with Tiffani because our venue required us use one of their preferred vendors. After our nightmare not even our venue will continue using her services!! First off, She showed up late! Yes, as I am standing there to say my vows kind of late! Delivered a cake that looked nothing like what we discussed! And tried to charge us an extra $75 AT TIME OF DELIVERY for the stand to place our cake on (never mentioned previously)! Unheard of! When it came time to eat the cake, my husband and I choked it down for our pictures (which had to be edited because of the ooze that was dripping off our cake) and most of our guests, after making it through the 2 1/2 inch think icing (no exaggeration), spit it out because it was "just horrible"! My husband and I were mortified that we were having to apologize for all of her mistakes on our wedding day. We contacted our venue a couple days later to tell them how bad our experience was, and they handled it like true professionals and contacted Tiffani immediately notifying her of the lack of quality and looking for a refund on our behalf. SHE NEVER RESPONDED, leaving our venue to rectify the situation. What a terrible thing to do to someone who trusted you and brought you lots of business, right?! I hope my review can save another couple the embarrassment of making excuses for the horrid taste of their cakes and the sheer disappointment of looking at their one and only WEDDING CAKE and seeing sloppy work that makes them think their cake was forgotten and decorated by children. Not to mention a venue the burden of handling her unprofessional way of conducting business when her mistakes are brought to her attention (as if she didn't already know). TIFFANI, YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOUR WORK AND HOW YOU CONDUCT YOUR SELF! JUST TERRIBLE!!!
