Joy at C Britain was awesome to work with. Super responsive, no matter what hour of the day I emailed her! Pricing was reasonable and the benches for our wedding added that special touch.

Wedding planning is a stressful time, but I had no idea how difficult it was to receive responses from service providers; I was so overwhelmed when I met Joy. I found her site with her location in NC and discovered she was expanding to Jacksonville, Florida. I sent an email and received an immediate response. We than made arrangements for her to visit my home where the wedding and reception was being held. Her and her husband were professional, caring and really committed to providing us the best service even though it was a smaller event. Joy knew I was struggling with caterers due to the size of my event (85 guests), so she would send colleagues information. She was so helpful, accommodating and caring (even shared less expensive alternatives) throughout my entire experience.

The day before the wedding they arrived to set up the gorgeous, unique furniture it was done professionally and moved as many times as I desired. It was beautiful and Joy and her charm and desire for quality were responsible.

Fist off let me tell you Joy and Dale at C Britain Wedding and Event Rentals are amazing to work with. When we were shopping around and talking with different vendors they were the only one to take the time on the first meeting to go through every aspect of our dream wedding. From the tables and chairs, flatware, lighting, layout everything. the quality of their products was amazing and the set up and take down was flawless. The best way to describe our experience was with them is plug and play. We selected the layout and the tables and chairs and they took care of the rest. This was no easy task either. Our wedding and reception was on the fantail of a ship. Having confidence in the services at your wedding will take the stress away and allow you to enjoy the moment. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a professional, friendly, and knowledgeable event vendor.

This company was very affordable & easy to work with. Although I did not use their wedding planning services the owner still went above & beyond to make sure I was prepared for anything (like the unexpected rain). Everything that I needed was delivered on time & I was allowed to increase/decrease my order based on my guest count up to two weeks before the event to prevent unnecessary costs. I highly recommend working with C Britain for your wedding rentals so that you will have one less thing to worry about during this stressful & exciting time!

I worked with Joy to create the perfect backyard wedding (for over 100 people!). She was so helpful when I was trying to decide on a setup, how many tables/chairs/etc. I needed. I changed things at least 3 times leading up to the event, and she was completely understanding. This was a great experience and I loved the farm tables with benches!

From the beginning Everything seemed perfect we talked on the phone...texted emailed everything I was excited . I gave Joy a down payment for decor. Then....I didn't hear a response for a month or I checked in..she was having some family health issues of course I felt sympathetic. She assured me everything would go accordinglyrics and I wasn't forgotten. Months went by and I noticed her personal website was gone her Facebook page was gone ( she must have forgotten this was still up)
So.. now that my wedding was getting closer..I checked in again. This time I was told she was taking a break from everything to take care of her family. (Which is understandable) I was told that she would send a check of my deposit ASAP...... I never got it.... I sent an email notifying letting her know by November 20th ( me wedding was the 18th ) that if there were no response or check sent that I regrettably would go to my bank to try and get my money back.....
Still.....nothing.....

They stole my friends money leaving her stranded with no rentals. My friend tried contacting multiple times and ended up loosing over 500$.
