Brian did a fantastic job at my wedding. I gave him an idea of what I wanted, and he made it happen beautifully. He worked with me on budget and options, showed up on time (despite the massive amounts of rain that day), was well prepared and flexible, and remained there the whole time so we weren't left with equipment we didn't know how to use. I am so happy we went with him!

Working with BWiebe Events was a breeze. I hired them for my outdoor wedding lighting. BWiebe Events did the Bistro lights and spot light for the wedding cake. Brian agree to do an onsite visit before the event and answer all my questions. I changed my mind on several occasions on what type of pattern and location of the lighting I wanted and Brian was very patient with all my change request. As every bride on a budged would do I price-checked a few vendors and BWiebe Event had better pricing and far better customer service. Their payment breakdown made it so easy compare to other vendors who asked for everything upfront, Brian only asked for half and the other half was due within 30 days after the wedding. On the wedding day everything ran smoothly. The experience of his team of technicians showed during setup and breakdown, they were in and out really fast with no problems at all. BWiebe was such an addition to my wedding. We had an outdoor wedding, and Brian provided sound (microphones and music). I am a very relaxed person, and my husband and family were all great help. But what about the details you cannot control? Could my elderly relatives sitting in the back hear our vows? Brian took care of that. You could not see the mic's, which I loved!

The timing for the music was something I certainly could not control, but it was perfect. The music started and stopped just when we planned. Honestly, planning for a wedding, people tell you something bad will happen. That was not the case with our wedding. I swear it was perfect, or as close as you could get to it. BWeibe supplied the entire sound system at our charity event, The Silicon Valley Duck Race. Brian of BWiebe Events provided service for our non-profit's fundraising event - an advanced screening of the movie Madagascar 3. Brian made the event very special.
