Butterflies Salon & Day Spa was the perfect location to get ready for my wedding. Our wedding was originally scheduled for November 3, 2012 but due to the destruction and devastation of Superstorm Sandy our reception had to be canceled (we still had our wedding on November 3 despite not being able to have the reception). Luckily, Butterflies was one of the few places the morning of our wedding which had power. They had bagels and mimosas ready for us that morning, and were so nice and accommodating. Our hair and makeup all turned out beautifully. It was such a good experience that when it was time for our rescheduled reception on January 5, 2013 we had our hair and makeup done here again. My hair was done perfectly by Bethany for the ceremony, and Jen for the reception. Jen G. did my makeup both times. I also had my pre-wedding manicures and pedicures done here by Jen G. Everyone is so friendly and wonderful, and the prices are super reasonable. I would highly recommend using Butterflies for everything beauty related, especially for a wedding.
