BrynEllen Patisserie is a wedding cake service based in Beloit, Wisconsin. Owner and baker Bryn Barley creates custom wedding cakes and other desserts that are sure to satisfy each guest’s sweet tooth. She graduated from the Art Institute of San Diego and holds an associate’s degree in baking and a bachelor’s in culinary management.

Wedding cakes by Bryn come standard with one cake flavor and filling and are finished with a European buttercream. She offers consultations and tastings so couples can customize their cake. Soon-to-be newlyweds can also avail of cupcakes or other pastries to enhance their guests’ experience.
