Bryan's did everything exactly as I asked. I highly recommend working with them. They are also by far the most affordable place around. My flowers were gorgeous!

Overall Bryan's was fine. The cost was right (bridal bouquet, MOH bouquet, 4 boutonnieres, and 4 wrist corsages were approximately $150), but the stems on the bouquets were too long for the size of the flowers. They also forgot to deliver the best man's boutonniere, but delivered it to the venue within 30 minutes of a call to them.

Unfortunately I am not too thrilled with Bryan's. I used the Merrillville location. I wanted to stick to a budget and was told they could handle it. I liked the flowers. The issue is their inability to bill properly. I never got a complete bill with a total. I put a down payment on to secure the date, and then paid the remaining balance several weeks later after some confusion about how much my remaining balance was because I did not have a proper invoice. A week after the wedding, I received a bill for the sales tax they did not charge me. That was upsetting. Other places in NW Indiana have comparable prices with more experience invoicing for special events.
