Brother 2 Brother Catering founded by brothers James and Randy have long envisioned creating beautiful food for enthusiastic and appreciative clients. Both have a passion for creating high quality food along with creating a fine dining experience that is second to none. Chef James' passion for cooking is long lived and began for him in his moms kitchen. He started his professional career with a local Fish n Chips restaurant and at the age of 20 he became manager and worked there for several years before moving on. He is a self taught chef who took the initiative and time to work and study with several honored chefs in the U.S. and Canada to further his knowledge of food and culinary design. He continues to study culinary classes and to use all available research materials to develope his recipes and techniques.
Chef Randy is a graduate from Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Academy – San Francisco and was the head chef for the University of California Riverside for 24 years. Combined both chefs have 40 years of experience in the culinary field. It is their belief that we people of the earth are all connected & all are brothers and sisters. Both brothers and the entire staff welcome the opportunity to serve you.

I was impressed by Brother2Brother from a previous catering event, so I engaged brother2brother for personal chef service at my home. I worked with Executive Chef James to prepare a meal for my wife and her family, and it was amazing! Probably one of the top 5 meals I've had. Chef Jame's coconut shrimp was adored, and his soft shell crab salad and beef bourguignon were both exquisite. I was able to work with Chef James to plan out each course of our meal, taking into account my wife's tastes, as well as her family's tastes. Chef James, the "singing chef" even performed the song from the first date with my wife, making the event extra special. Everything was above and beyond expectations. Chef James (1) showed up on time, (2) was extremely professional, (3) delivered an amazing meal complete with dessert and appetizers, and (4) provided a fun and engaging atmosphere.
In summary, Chef James beef bourguignon was amazing, and his soft-shell crab salad was over-the-top, and brother2brother provided a romantic and elegant ambiance for the perfect wedding anniversary celebration.
