It was such a beautiful place and the owner accommodated to our needs so well! However, there was a graduation party downstairs which was a little upsetting. Had we known the basement could be rented out, we would have rented it just for the sake of having the place to ourselves.

Honestly my first venue I looked at, and I signed right on the spot! I love it's homey and rustic atmosphere! Tom is very polite and runs a great venue!

Please understand that this location is not automatically & magically beautiful the moment you book it - it does have a great country feel, as well as a large pond & it's own bar.. but what sold it for us is that you are truly able to create your own ceremony. We brought our own alcohol, decorated how we liked, brought in our own caterer, the price was very reasonable.. they provided ice & unlimited soda/juice from the bar for a very minimal price, they kept a keg cold for us.. and gave us all day Friday, Saturday, & until noon Sunday to decorate/clean up. It is a bit more work getting this place ready for your event, but it's outrageously reasonable & it can be made into a beautiful place.

Was such a beautiful place and an affordable price! The only thing that brought it down a little was the difficulty we had going to check it out because I work afternoons and was unable to go after noon which is when they are available. Other than that it was perfect! Paid to have the hall the day before so that we were able to decorate. They were even our backup ceremony venue in case of rain. Definitely recommend!

While I the reception site is in need of some modernizing and remodeling and could stand to be run by more than one person, they are constantly booked, provide a nice, quiet indoor-outdoor setting, and they were very accomodating as far as letting me in for planning, etc.
