I hired Bristol coach limo for my wedding day transportation. My wedding was 6/2/12 and it rained this day. Myself and bridesmaid were scheduled to be picked up at my moms house and would get dressed at the venue.
When the female limo driver showed up she sat in the limo and didnt come out of the car to hold an umbrella or open the limo door for us. I of course refused to walk out in the rain especially because we just had our hair done so i practically had to point at this driver and ask her to get out of the car and provide us with door service.
I was so disappointed with this and then later in the day this same driver was scheduled to pick up the groom at 4:20pm and she showed up to where he was at 3:20pm. The groom was in the process of getting ready and this driver gave him an attitude when he told her she was too early.
Overall, Bristol Coach had cheap prices but the service definitley reflects the price. It was a shitty experience and i was so embarassed when my bridesmaid were almost forced to walk out in the rain to get this limo driver to do her job.. Not a pleasant experience. If I read a review like this prior to booking with Bristol Coach, then I would not have done business with them and of course will never do business with them again!!
