My premarital counseling program is thoughtfully designed to help navigate the exciting and sometimes challenging journey of relationships. My name is Abby and I am the owner of Bridging Relationships. I am a licensed marriage and family therapist who specializes in supporting couples to feel confident and connected as they enter marriage. The premarital counseling program, Plan Beyond the Wedding, is a personalized and comprehensive 6 hour package with the option of six individual sessions or all in one weekend. Just like every relationship, each premarital counseling program is unique to each couple. The most popular topics covered are communication and conflict resolution, family/in-laws, managing daily life, navigating stress, and maintaining connection. The package also includes a strength and growth area assessment, workbook, and resource packet.

I meet with couples both in-person or virtually on weeknights and Saturdays. The premarital counseling program is open to all engaged couples. I am LGBTQIA+ supportive. I am also not religiously affiliated.
