Bridget and her team truly go above and beyond before, during, and even after the wedding! Bridget made me feel comfortable enough to share my concerns throughout the planning process and always offered multiple solutions, even thinking outside the box to make things happen. A heat advisory meant we had to pivot pretty much the entire day the morning of. It was seamless. As my dress was being zipped up, the delicate fabric tore away from the zipper. Ripped wedding dress? Not a problem, Bridget calmly sewed up the dress as I was wearing it. She made sure I had water, re-glued a rogue eyelash and corralled our very large wedding party. A month out from wedding day and our bridal party still raves about Bridget! She feels like a friend and was adored by our guests and loved ones.

Picking a wedding planner can be extremely stressful, but when I tell you look no further, TRUST ME! Bridget and Camryn were amazing throughout the entire process and ensured I actually got to enjoy my wedding without the stress of making sure everything went according to plan. You could tell they had years of experience as they mentioned things I hadn't even thought about. And on top of all the wedding stress, they were calm which in turn helped me to remain calm. Our wedding would not have been so perfect without Bridget! From the beginning she had a calm presence about her that is so necessary when planning a wedding. She gave me all the faith that everything would run smoothly and she ensured it did! I had her come in about 60 days out where she took over all vendor communication from then until the wedding. She reviewed all contracts and made sure everyone was on the same page about the services. We met closer to the date and she went over our entire timeline with us and thought of every single detail! She listened and helped give ideas from her expertise as well to make sure everything was how we wanted it to go. She even offered to take all of our gifts back to our suite in her own car because we were unsure who's car to put them all in. This was above and beyond what we expected. She was always keeping us updated with any changes or updates to the timeline. At the rehearsal she had detailed timelines for everyone to know when and where they were supposed to be for the wedding which took so much stress off of us having to answer everyone's questions! All of her organization and planning skills definitely paid off because I believe our day truly could not have been more perfect! Not once did I feel like anything was running late, or feel rushed. No one felt stressed or had to worry about a single thing. Our entire bridal party and family were actually able to kick back and relax because she took care of everything! If anything went wrong I didn't know because she handled everything so well! My whole bridal party were in awe at how smoothly the day went and how she had thought of everything. She's extremely professional and knows exactly what she's doing. I can't imagine the work she put in behind the scenes of constant communication with all our vendors, making sure the timeline was perfect, and making sure everything was in place and looking great at the church and reception. She truly brought our vision to life. Without a doubt Bridget made our wedding dreams come true. I cannot recommend her enough. 100% best decision we made was hiring Bridget Davis and her team!

Wedding planning can be incredibly stressful. My husband and I were clueless when it came to what all goes into wedding planning. Bridget was heaven sent for us. We were planning to get married in May, but had to reschedule due to COVID. Bridget did all the communication with our vendors to ensure that they could make our new wedding date. Throughout the process, she communicated with my vendors and coordinated with them so I did not need to worry! She had step by step guides and checklists for me to use as a source, which was incredibly helpful for someone like me who is not organized at all! She was also available whenever I had a question or needed a recommendation. She is super attentive and really makes your day of the utmost importance! As our wedding day approached, we had virtual meetings with Bridget where we reviewed what the day would look like, and what she and her team could do to help make our wedding day dreams come true. At our rehearsal, Bridget and her team were calm, professional, and able to wrangle in our wedding party/get things moving and on track to ensure that everyone knew what they were doing. She even had print out schedules for everyone, which was super helpful. Our wedding day was EVERYTHING and more. It was absolutely perfect, and I really give Bridget so much credit for that. Bridget and her team were helpful, supportive, and did sweet things like carry my dress during pictures, bringing myself or my husband a drink, and then making sure that everyone was where they needed to be throughout the night. She had everything planned and ready to go, down to the smallest details. I mean, Bridget and her team, I cannot stress this enough, were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! I would recommend her any day of the week to anyone. Neither my husband or I had to worry about anything, because she was on top of it. Bridget and her team made sure that our day ran smoothly and was nothing but special for us. From setting up our decor, to taking it down and packing it up at the end of the night, to ensuring that our vendors were on time and had everything correct, to making sure we stuck to the wedding day schedule, she did it all. I would HIGHLY recommend Bridget and her team. They are professional, caring, and always there when you need them. We have already recommend her to my step-brother and his fiancé who are getting married next year :)

I was just a bridesmaid at a recent wedding in Indianapolis and my god, Bridget is superwoman! She did no wrong and was ready for everything. The bride was stressing about everything but once Bridget got into the picture, she realized she was in good hands. She brought a sense of positivity and calm to the entire process. Bridget provided a detailed timeline for the day well in advance, attended the final walk-thru and meeting with the venue, and communicated the timeline to the vendors. My bride is VERY picky and I know that the day would not have gone as smoothly or been as stress-free for the bride without her there! I only wish she lived near me when I was getting married.

I truly do not think I could have been so calm on my wedding day without Bridget. To say she is amazing simply does not do it justice. To say that Bridget and her team far exceeded my expectation is a complete understatement! As a former wedding planner, I knew that finding someone who saw my vision with me would be hard to do but from day one, she exuded this calm confidence and I knew immediately we were in good hands. She was 12 steps ahead of me at any point in time, offering creative solutions, negotiating with vendors, and sending email and text reminders for upcoming tasks my fiancé and I needed to be thinking about. She crossed her T’s and dotted her I’s so many times that I knew come wedding day nothing would be out of place.

Being able to relax (as much as possible) on my wedding day knowing the setup, décor, tear down and vendors were all taken care of was the absolute BEST GIFT any vendor could have given my control freak self. I loved that I was able to fully enjoy my time with bridesmaids and mom while getting ready and focus on the ceremony while not worrying about if the cake got delivered or the band was set up in the right spot. I am so grateful for Bridget’s upbeat spirit and ability to see and service any unmet needs, all while remaining fun and professional. MY GROUP LOVED HER!! I want to do the day all over again, because in my eyes it was absolute perfection (if anything went awry, I had no clue) and ALL of that credit goes to Bridget and her team. Thank you doesn’t seem sufficient, but truly, THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts for making it the best day of our entire life.
