Wedding planning can be incredibly stressful. My husband and I were clueless when it came to what all goes into wedding planning. Bridget was heaven sent for us. We were planning to get married in May, but had to reschedule due to COVID. Bridget did all the communication with our vendors to ensure that they could make our new wedding date. Throughout the process, she communicated with my vendors and coordinated with them so I did not need to worry! She had step by step guides and checklists for me to use as a source, which was incredibly helpful for someone like me who is not organized at all! She was also available whenever I had a question or needed a recommendation. She is super attentive and really makes your day of the utmost importance! As our wedding day approached, we had virtual meetings with Bridget where we reviewed what the day would look like, and what she and her team could do to help make our wedding day dreams come true. At our rehearsal, Bridget and her team were calm, professional, and able to wrangle in our wedding party/get things moving and on track to ensure that everyone knew what they were doing. She even had print out schedules for everyone, which was super helpful. Our wedding day was EVERYTHING and more. It was absolutely perfect, and I really give Bridget so much credit for that. Bridget and her team were helpful, supportive, and did sweet things like carry my dress during pictures, bringing myself or my husband a drink, and then making sure that everyone was where they needed to be throughout the night. She had everything planned and ready to go, down to the smallest details. I mean, Bridget and her team, I cannot stress this enough, were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! I would recommend her any day of the week to anyone. Neither my husband or I had to worry about anything, because she was on top of it. Bridget and her team made sure that our day ran smoothly and was nothing but special for us. From setting up our decor, to taking it down and packing it up at the end of the night, to ensuring that our vendors were on time and had everything correct, to making sure we stuck to the wedding day schedule, she did it all. I would HIGHLY recommend Bridget and her team. They are professional, caring, and always there when you need them. We have already recommend her to my step-brother and his fiancé who are getting married next year :)
She went way above and beyond what we thought we needed for our wedding day. We are so incredibly grateful and thankful for all of their hard work. We could not have done it without them!!! -

Bridget made our wedding day PERFECT!!
To say that Bridget and her team far exceeded my expectation is a complete understatement! As a former wedding planner, I knew that finding someone who saw my vision with me would be hard to do but from day one, she exuded this calm confidence and I knew immediately we were in good hands. She was 12 steps ahead of me at any point in time, offering creative solutions, negotiating with vendors, and sending email and text reminders for upcoming tasks my fiancé and I needed to be thinking about. She crossed her T’s and dotted her I’s so many times that I knew come wedding day nothing would be out of place.
Being able to relax (as much as possible) on my wedding day knowing the setup, décor, tear down and vendors were all taken care of was the absolute BEST GIFT any vendor could have given my control freak self. I loved that I was able to fully enjoy my time with bridesmaids and mom while getting ready and focus on the ceremony while not worrying about if the cake got delivered or the band was set up in the right spot. I am so grateful for Bridget’s upbeat spirit and ability to see and service any unmet needs, all while remaining fun and professional. MY GROUP LOVED HER!! I want to do the day all over again, because in my eyes it was absolute perfection (if anything went awry, I had no clue) and ALL of that credit goes to Bridget and her team. Thank you doesn’t seem sufficient, but truly, THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts for making it the best day of our entire life.

Rachael Sent on 12/07/2017Bridget Davis is PHENOMENAL! I hired Bridget for day-of coordination after doing most of the planning myself, and boy am I glad I did! She made sure all of the vendors were on the same page, and was proactive about getting information to and from each of them leading up to my wedding day. She created a very detailed timeline of the weekend - including arrival and set up times for each of the vendors - and made sure everyone was exactly where they needed to be. If anything went wrong that day, Bridget took care of it, because from my perspective the day was perfect! If you are like me and think you can do it all yourself, I would seriously consider talking to Bridget. Hiring her took so much stress off of my shoulders, and I can guarantee my wedding day would not have been as successful without her!
