I truly had the best experience at the Bridal Parlour with Heather! She carries so many gorgeous dresses from designers I was interested in, so I made an appointment by myself (with friends/family over Zoom) due to Covid. I wasn't expecting anything too special due to the circumstances, but I couldn't be more wrong! I had such a wonderful experience from start to finish and couldn't imagine a better day. Heather is your biggest fan and goes out of her way to offer honest advice and fantastic service. She's extremely friendly, knowledgable, supportive, and gives you her full attention with every interaction. She's booked all day every day but goes out of her way to send email updates and order special sizes and dresses with zero hesitation. I'm so thankful for how easy and fun this experience was! I couldn't imagine going anywhere else for my dress, and I cannot wait to wear it this summer! Thank you Heather, you are amazing!

Had the best experience at Bridal Parlour! I was pretty nervous going into it, Bridal Parlour was the first bridal shop I went to so didn't know what to expect. I was interested in the designer, Made With Love and was drawn to Bridal Parlour because of that. Little did I know it would end up being the best experience.

As soon as we walked in the door, Heather welcomed me and my family/friends with open arms. She had dresses from my lookbook that I "liked" already pulled aside and she had gone through my Pinterest board to get a feel for what I liked and had pulled additional dresses based on that. She explained the process and was so helpful without being overbearing. The dress selection at Bridal Parlour is amazing and the dresses were such high quality.

As I was trying on dresses, Heather would ask what I liked and didn't like and would pull additional dresses for me to try on based on that. As I tried on dresses and said parts I didn't like she would confirm in her notes, different changes we could make to the dress based on the designer. She never promised anything without double checking and I so appreciated that.

I never once felt pressure from Heather to say yes to a dress (I knew I'd be a person that would want to think on it) and Heather even said that she's a big proponent of "sleeping on it," which I did for 1.5 weeks! The other bridal shop I went to I did not have this same experience at all which made me appreciate Heather and Bridal Parlour 100 times more! I ended up emailing and calling Heather after a couple times to confirm the fit of the dress I wanted and Heather was again, so helpful and came up with a solution to the issue I was having. Cannot recommend Bridal Parlour enough and am so thankful for Heather!

I had such an absolutely amazing experience at Bridal Parlour and Heather could not be more wonderful to work with! I had quite a journey to finding a dress I truly loved (5 other shops and a failed attempt at designing a custom dress online), but Heather made everything about the shopping experience so easy and fun! She really listened to what I was looking for, had great advice for the whole process, and guided me to exactly the look I wanted. She was incredibly helpful with photos and videos so that my mom and friends in other states felt included and could really see what the dresses looked like — truly went above and beyond and got all the angles!

Bridal Parlour has such a great variety of dresses, and you can tell Heather has put in a lot of time finding beautiful options that are inclusive for all different body types. I felt so comfortable and special working with Heather - I would recommend her again and again for all brides looking for their dream dress!

Bridal Parlour is AMAZING. I honestly wasn't planning on trying on dresses because I've witnessed so many awkward and overall bad experiences at other bridal shops when shopping with friends for their weddings, and I didn't think I wanted the same experience for myself. I decided to give it a shot and visit Bridal Parlour after a bridal show and seeing a few of the beautiful gowns that they carried. During my appointment, Heather was kind, patient, and so supportive. She made the entire process so easy and fun, and had a ton of suggestions and tips. She's incredibly knowledgable and professional but still made me feel like I was the most important bride she's ever worked with (despite being booked up with appointments!). She only takes one appointment at a time and gives each bride her full attention. Not to mention, the gowns are BEAUTIFUL and so unique - there wasn't a single one that I tried on that wasn't absolutely gorgeous. If you're in St. Louis, it's 100% worth the trip over the river to visit Bridal Parlour. Wish I could give more than five stars!

I wanted something a little less traditional and found the perfect body suit skirt combo! The body suit is also from an etsy shop I had been looking at (@sweetcarolinestyles) and she carried a few samples in the store, so it worked out perfectly!

If you want something non traditional and especially if you want a colored wedding dress—this is your place!!!! I can't tell you how many stores I called before stumbling upon the Bridal Parlour and NONE of them had anything close to what I was looking for. You really get a personalized experience here—from the detailed form you fill out about what dress you’re looking for to the one-on-one private appointments with Heather. Clothes shopping is not my favorite thing, let alone dress shopping, but Heather put my anxiety at ease every step of the way. I decided on a Sweet Caroline Styles skirt in mauve (they come in all different colors btw). Heather went above and beyond---she even sent a sample of my shirt to the designer so the skirt would match exactly!!! Every time I emailed Heather with questions, she was super quick in getting back to me. Also I was nervous about how I would be received at bridal stores as I am in a same-sex relationship—I can say with confidence Heather is LGBTQ+ affirming.

I went to SO many different bridal shops in St. Louis looking for something unique... not what I'd seen on every bride in every bridal magazine, and was so disappointed. I went to a lot of places that had beautiful dresses with a few unique pieces, but saw nothing that gave me that bridal moment. And then, in a last ditch effort before I started traveling out of state, I went to Bridal Parlour. And I swear, I won't let any of my friends go anywhere else when they get married. Heather has impeccable taste... every single dress in the shop is unique and beautiful in its own way. There's something for everyone, from traditional to very non-traditional. And Heather really listens to brides and helps them find what's going to make them comfortable. 2 weeks before my wedding, we realized that my top had come in without some of the boning and extra things to make it stand up right, so Heather immediately swapped out my top (which had already been altered in an attempt to fix the issues) with her sample, and helped me find a topper to go with it, because I had lost confidence in my dress after the debacle. She gave that to us for 50% off. She went above and beyond what she had to do, just to make sure I was comfortable and happy on my wedding day, and I could not be more grateful. My only regret is that I didn't go to this shop FIRST! I could have saved myself a ton of time! :)

Heather is the sweetest. I feel like I’ve known her all my life. I knew what dress I wanted going in and once I tried it on, I didn’t want to take it off. She made everything so easy. All the dresses are unique, can fit all body types and affordable! You will have the place to yourself to feel like the special woman you are! Enjoy and congratulations!
