I had gone to a bridal store in Green Bay where I had narrowed down my dress options. Thinking that I should go to at least one other place though, my mom and I made our way to Bridal Essentials. At first I was a little skeptical—it was pretty small and I thought it’d be a quick trip. However, when I started combing through the racks, I ended up trying on—and liking—quite a few dresses. There’s a nice assortment of styles and sizes, and the customer service was great. Lo and behold, the last dress I tried on there was “the one!” Glad we made the stop!

This place is for sure a hidden gem! There are so many beautiful dresses at such great prices. They work with you on finding your dress dress. They definitely made me feel like a princess on my wedding day.

I went into wedding dress shopping thinking I knew exactly what I wanted. After trying on nearly 50-60 dresses and going to every bridal salon in Green Bay and Appleton my mom suggested to me that we try Bridal Essentials. Honestly, going into this store I was skeptical because of them being so small but they truly exceeded my expectations. I had found "the one" after putting on only 3 gowns. Krista had listened to exactly what I wanted, picking every dress with what I had in mind. I would highly recommend going to this store for your bridal gown!

After winning a gift card to Body Essentials from a bridal show in Wausau, I decided to give it a try to look for my wedding gown. I had two separate consultants helping me, and they encouraged me to try styles and shapes I hadn't previously. I had been working on mermaid and trumpet styles and ended up with a beautiful a-line gown that fit my personality, the feel of our wedding and our theme beautifully. They took a percentage as a deposit and held the gown for nearly a year before I had to pick it up, less for me to worry about in my small apartment. The entire staff worked tirelessly to help me with the decision, with options for accessories and everything in between. I would highly recommend them.

After several failed and disappointing attempts at shops in Green Bay (ignored even though we had an appointment, 1 consultant assigned to multiple brides) a friend and my mother in law recommended we try Bridal Essentials. Rachel went above and beyond all expectations - she interviewed me to get a feel for the wedding and what I was looking for, requested dresses from a vendor that were not in the store (they are the only Wisconsin vendor that carries the dress I was interested in). Every bride in the salon had their own consultant and you truly are made to feel special and beautiful - there was no high pressure sales pitch and all your options are presented clearly, even things you might not have considered. We loved it so much we even ordered our bridesmaid and flower girl dress there. I love this store!!

I called them and asked if I can speak to a manager (I wasn't even going to complain or say anything negative!) and they literally said she wouldn't be in until the following week and hung up on me while I was speaking! Crappy service.
