Donna was very patient with me when I was trying to select my wedding hairstyle, which I am very grateful for. It took us a few tries, but we finally agreed that I should just go as natural as possible and rock my long, straight hair! She added my halo hair extensions to give my hair that 'wow' factor and helped me be confident to rock my hair down with one side pulled back with a pretty clip. I received lots of compliments and even my DJ commented how elegant my hair looked down! I was happy with the final product and will plan to use Donna again!

I was researching for a hair/makeup team to come to my house because why go to a salon, when you can have a team come to you and save you travel time! The price does come with a hair and makeup trial and before the trial, I emailed Donna with lots of questions and she always responded in a reasonable amount of time. For the trial, I went to their salon and showed them photos of what I wanted for both my hair and makeup. One person did my hair and another did my makeup, and they totally nailed the look I wanted and I was very happy. I got my trial done to attend a wedding and I received so many compliments that night on both my hair and makeup.

On the day of my wedding, a team of three hair/makeup professionals came to my house on time and finished 7 services for 5 girls in only 3 hours! All of my girls were very happy with their work and I loved the amount of detail and attention they spent on me and my girls. By the end of the night, my makeup still looked fresh. My mom was being a bit picky on her makeup, and Donna was very patient and listened to my mom's concerns, and fixed what my mom wanted and my mom really loved her look. I found the Bridal Beauty & Beyond team to be very patient, they listened to everyone's concerns, they are very professional, easy to talk to, and their work is flawless! I would hire them again in the future for my hair/makeup needs and would highly recommend them to everyone.

Donna and her team are phenomenal. I knew from my makeup trial that Donna was going to be amazing. She is professional, responsive and really enjoys what she does. She listened to what my concerns were as a client and took into account my vision for my wedding day look. She was extremely patient when it came to finalizing my wedding day look. Everyone in my wedding party truly loved their hair and makeup !

Donna and her team were amazing and made me feel beautiful! They worked so well together and were fun to chat with also! My 8 year old daughter loved getting hair and make-up, they made her feel special and we loved that. I would recommend them to anyone that wants their hair & make-up done prefect for your special day!

I said I only needed service for me and at the last minute found out I needed service for my whole bridal party. Donna figures it out and got us all taken care of. We got the princess treatment an felt like royalty all day!

I was in a bind, my normal hair girl (who committed to doing hair for my wedding) went MIA about two weeks before my big day. After a mini breakdown, I stumbled upon Bridal Beauty and Beyond on The Knot; Donna was so quick to work with me and settle my nerves. We scheduled a trial and she connected me to Rae Black (of Rae Black Extentions) as I wanted extensions for the wedding. They both were so helpful and made me feel so confident about making my hair perfect for the day of. Between Rae meeting up with me more than once to get my extension color perfect and Donna helping with the all over color of my natural hair to get it just right.

Needless to say, my old hair stylist did me a huge favor. Donna showed up with Jessica the day of and they did my hair as well as a couple other girls in my bridal party. They were so friendly, professional, and easy to work with! Everyone loved their look and my hair was flawless, just like the picture I was inspired by...not to mention it lasted the whole night.

Donna is AMAZING! I found her about 1 month before my wedding. I’d had several bad experiences with other make up artists already and was really stressed out. She booked me for a trial session with hardly any notice And was incredibly flexible with the fact that I was already hesitant after having since paid for two terrible trials before her. She spent several hours with me at the trial and even redid my eyes when I decided I wanted to try a different color pallet.
On the day of the wedding she was wonderful. She helped me relax. She listened to little details that I wanted to change and I absolutely loved how I looked for my wedding.

I can't say enough good things about Donna. She was always in contact with me, and made everything so easy. The night before my wedding I had a major freakout because the hotel room I was staying in was too small and I knew I would not be able to fit my bridal party, plus my mother/mother in law in there to get ready the day of. I emailed Donna at about 10:00 at night and asked if it would be okay if we got ready at a different location, worried that it would be an issue-but for her and her team, it wasn't! I have very fine hair and she gave me a simple yet elegant bridal hairstyle. My makeup was exactly how I wanted it and it stayed on all night, even throughout the tears and all the dancing. My mother has Alopecia, and Donna even went as far as to do her own research on it, and was even able to put fake eyelashes on my mother, something that she has never been able to wear before.

Getting ready with Donna and her team was so much fun! They brought us all coffee and just made sure we not only looked our best, but felt our best as well. I would recommend Donna and the rest of Bridal Beauty and Beyond to anyone who wants to look and feel like a princess on their special day!

To all the brides out there considering this beauty service, PLEASE save yourself the heartache and money. I realize now that there were a lot of red flags while researching them (i.e. very few reviews in recent years) but went for it because of the decently priced package. Firstly, my trial was with a completely random third party person (not the owners who I was expecting from their social media) they clearly did not vet. The girl running their email communication didn't bother forwarding the trial girl my instructions to my apartment/inspiration images. I can't bring myself to post photos because it was truly that awful (orange foundation, black eyeshadow dabbed into my eyebrows, chunks of hair left uncurled)...my wedding coordinator said a child could do better lol. Jokes aside, the stress and draining sadness I felt from looking ugly instead of beautiful in preparation for the most important day of your life...I wouldn't wish it on anyone. I wrote an email to them crying and barely got an apology. They only offered to reschedule on Mother's Day, and then stopped communicating after I asked for a different day. In the end, they were happy to keep my $400 deposit I had to pay in the beginning and didn't truly try to make up for it because this is a business of ZERO integrity. It'll be quite funny if the communication I finally get back is in response to this review. Ladies, please go elsewhere for your special day!!!
