Brick Oven Bus was founded by John and Candy, who both have a passion for cooking and great food. When they started the food truck, they traveled to Stanen Island, NY to perfect their craft with International World Pizza Champions

Helped make our day!

When ate at the Brick Oven Bus and met the owners/family at a local music festival we immediately knew we wanted to have them at our wedding. Not only was the pizza fantastic but they were just awesome people. Candy went the extra mile with their service, offerings and set-up. It looked fantastic. I have nothing but great things to say about my entire experience with this vendor.
Our guests totally loved the pizza concept and also seeing the bus there was super cool. They are still talking about how wonderful it tasted! If you are looking for something fun, different and tasty The Brick Oven Bus is for you. They really helped make our day special.
