Brianne and her team were absolutely amazing to work with! The whole process of wedding planning was such a breeze with this group. I had a lot of general ideas and buzz words, but no clue how to the vision come to life. Brianne did just that and more. From late night calls to answering my every email and text about the smallest detail, I can't begin to express my gratitude for both Brianne and Mindy this last year. Brianne gave great advice and helped point me in the right direction for how to verbalize what I saw in my head. The full service experience was beyond what I could have imagined and it made our wedding truly perfect. I have nothing but phenomenal things to say about working with Brianne and any bride would be lucky to have her on their team day of.

The Brianne McMullan Events team was incredible! Hiring them was easily the best decision we made for our wedding. We had the pleasure of working with many of the team members, and they were all great at communication and made us feel at ease throughout the planning process. We were a couple that had some ideas around the type of intimate wedding experience we wanted, but not a grand vision for our day. Brianne and Mindy were able to take this framework and turn our wedding day into something more beautiful than we could have ever dreamed. They were there every step of the way making sure each part of the process went smoothly, from helping to select the venue and making the BEST vendor recommendations to finding solutions to challenges such as transportation and ensuring day of ran smoothly. We got so many compliments about our wedding day and people are still talking about what a magical experience it was! That is all due to the vision and hard work of Brianne and her wonderful team.

We had the pleasure of using Brianne McMullan events to plan each part from beginning to the end of the wedding planning journey. From the beginning, Brianne was actively engaged and organized with making our daughter's wedding a most favorite day for her and our whole family. She was great with communicating decision deadlines and with also staying on budget. The planning process was not only well thought out but fun. I missed working with the team after the wedding day because they became part of the family during the 7 month planning process. The wedding day was as perfect for our bride and her groom as well as for all of us and I give Brianne and her team 100% credit for that. I would recommend them to my closest friends and family.

Brianne was an incredible wedding planner from the day we hired her in 2019 all the way until our 3rd wedding date (delayed due to COVID) in 2021! She did an amazing job planning our original wedding, however, she impressed us even more when she guided us through what to do when COVID hit. We would have been a total wreck without her! She does a wonderful job at providing trusted and tasteful vendor options that meet a client's specific budget and preferences, which saves a ton of time. I think most brides are naturally nervous for how everything with go on the day of their wedding, but I can say that I was completely relaxed and felt as though I was in the best hands. I never once felt stressed on my wedding day, as Brianne and her team handled every single last detail seamlessly. Mindy, her right hand woman, is the perfect person to be by a bride's side on her wedding day. She is attentive, detail-oriented, and has the most calming personality!

Brianne and her team are wonderful to work with. My daughter and I interviewed several wedding planners. Brianne quickly rose to the top of the list. Her positiveness, professionalism, genuineness, and calm nature were evident from our first meeting. Brianne began by helping us fine tune the wedding budget and number of guests. Her preferred vendor list is impressive. She arranged meetings for us with vendors that fit our budget and vision. We had great vendor options in every category. Brianne’s knowledge of wedding etiquette and the logistics of hosting a large event is vast. She was available to answer any question, walk through any decision, and navigate any change with patience and calm. Her patience and calm were critical in helping with a postponement when Covid shut down our country ten weeks before the wedding. Brianne walked my daughter and her fiancé through their options regarding hosting a wedding during a pandemic. They opted to postpone in hopes of having the wedding they had planned. I was truly amazed at how quickly she helped them settle on a new date and to secure that new date with the venues and vendors. Even during a pandemic, Brianne and her team never wavered in their commitment to us. My daughter and her husband had the magical wedding ceremony and reception that they had hoped for. Brides (and Grooms) – if you’re looking for a planner who is not only knowledgeable and organized but also kind beyond measure and willing to go above and beyond for you to have the most perfect wedding day, Brianne is your girl!! In short, Brianne and her team made our wedding day everything we could have imagined even while she was pregnant and through the ups and downs of covid. We would have never made it without her, and I will tell anyone who listens how worthwhile of an investment her services are. I’ve included a detailed review below if you want to keep reading but if you want the quick take – do yourself a favor and hire Brianne!! You will actually enjoy the wedding planning process and will arrive at your big day confident that it will be everything you dreamed and more!!!

We began planning for our September 2020 wedding in July of 2019, well before covid was even a thought. We interviewed several planners and Brianne immediately stood out – as mentioned before, she was exceedingly kind and not only listened to the (honestly, fragmented) ideas we had for our day but sounded excited about them and made us feel like they were accomplishable with our budget. We chose to go with Brianne’s full-service planning which includes design, planning and execution and it was the BEST. DECISION. EVER.

Her design process was able to capture all our seemingly random wants and put them into the vision we didn’t even know we had. When she presented the design plan to us, we were so impressed, and it was so in line with what we were looking for that I am pretty sure we only ended up changing the napkins. Brianne toured venues with us all over metro-Atlanta, attended wedding band previews and even arranged/ joined my wedding dress shopping days. We started working to secure the design-related vendors right when lockdowns began, and it was nerve-wracking to think about out how we were supposed to navigate our way forward. But Brianne stepped up and made us feel like she didn’t even miss a beat. She coordinated with vendors for virtual meetings and worked with them outside of our time to ensure they were in line with our design/ vision. She answered my never-ending stream of questions via email and was always prepared to explain the pros & cons of every situation/ design choice. When our venue wouldn’t allow us to do one of the things we wanted to for our design, she worked closely with our florist and turned the situation into one that was even preferred by us.

With coivd in play, there was always a possibility of us having to change our date and there were several other precautions we had to take into account throughout the planning process. Brianne managed all of this with grace and steadiness, she kept us clearly informed about what the options were, how the vendors would react and how it would impact us. She helped us address coivd concerns with our guests while making sure it wasn’t at the forefront of our day.

The last few weeks leading to the wedding were smooth and enjoyable thanks to the work Brianne puts in to coordinate all the final details. I was so relaxed and was truly able to enjoy our wedding week with friends and family. The day of the wedding was so well coordinated and easy – I didn’t stress at all. We were blown away when we finally got to see the ceremony and reception spaces – the colors, flowers and every single element were intentional and perfect. We had been watching the weather all day and it was set to rain right at ceremony time (of course) – Brianne had a plan though and, because she knew I was determined to have an outdoor ceremony, helped us get started a few minutes early to make that happen. We even had a power outage during the reception, and she worked with the venue and other vendors to resolve the situation and even extend our night a bit! We, along with our guests, were so in love with the design elements and execution of the day that we talked non-stop about it for months. Brianne truly made our wishes come true and made our engagement year one that was enjoyable and fun!

When we began to plan our wedding in June of 2019, I was overwhelmed by the idea of planning a 350 person wedding. I wanted to ensure we kept our focus on the purpose of that special day and not lose sight of it due to the many moving parts of planning a wedding. Brianne was the best decision we made during the process. She worked hard to allow us to focus on our excitement over beginning a life together. She helped coordinate my day of dress shopping and even came along to help. She was invaluable in taking all of the anxiety and questions out of the many decisions required while planning a wedding. She truly cares about making it as magical as you dreamed of as a child.

Just as we began to think we couldn’t appreciate Brianne more for her calming presence and attention to detail, Covid began shutting down the country a few weeks before our wedding. A little over two weeks before our set date, April 4, 2020, we had to reschedule. We were determined to say our vows on that day. Brianne went above and beyond to help us do just that with a backyard ceremony with only parents and grandparents. She ensured we still had a magical day with a bouquet, boutonnière, and photographer. A year later, she helped us with the vow renewal for our rescheduled date. She took our ideas and dreams and turned them into the most beautifully whimsical wedding celebration. Brianne and her team were the most invaluable part in keeping us sane during this time. It is clear the incredible working relationships she has with vendors. Her management of vendors, contracts, day of set up/tear down, etc. was like a finely tuned machine. Her support, guidance, knowledge, and ability to always be ten steps ahead is without question worth every penny and then some. Don’t hesitate. Just go ahead and schedule that initial consultation. Every bride should have Brianne.

We hired Brianne in spring of 2019 with the plan of getting married in April of 2020. She was wonderful and quickly helped us secure a venue that was exactly what we wanted. She asked us what we wanted and never pushed any vendor on us that wasn't in our price range or what we wanted.

Brianne guided us and helped us meet deadlines and was always two steps ahead. We never had trouble reaching her and she always made sure to contact us quickly to make sure we didn't miss out on vendors.

Then February 2020 came. COVID struck and our world and plans flipped upside down; however, Brianne never missed a beat. She quickly contacted vendors as the State of Georgia was shutting down. She helped us secure rescheduling and refunds. She gave us advice on best practices as well as what she would do in our shoes. The advice was not what was easiest or most profitable for her.

As we decided to have a 10 person ceremony (down from 350) in our backyard she helped coordinate to still have a beautiful wedding experience with flowers, photographer , and more. But that wasn't where she gave up on us. She then spent the next year working with us to have a vow renewal ceremony so we could have an event with family and friends. She helped us navigate vendors who closed or changed policies and when the vow renewal/wedding celebration came she was there to make the day perfect. We didn't have to worry about vendors, guests, or ourselves. She helped us have two perfect days.

Without Brianne we would have been lost in the storm. She made our most special day(s) in a pandemic a reality and walked us into our next great adventure.

I had the absolute pleasure working with Mindy and Brianne McMullan Events! I honestly can not say enough good things about Mindy. Originally we were supposed to get married in 2020, but even with having to deal with everything during the pandemic, I had the most stress free experience planning my wedding. We used her for design, planning, and event management and she took care of everything and made sure everything was perfect! My wedding would not have been possible without Mindy. She didn’t forget a single detail and I was able to actually enjoy the planning process. My wedding day was perfect and more than I ever could have imagined, and I owe all of that to Mindy!

As a planner by nature, I was initially hesitant to hire a planner for our wedding; thank goodness we did though, and especially that we chose Brianne. To say that Brianne is the best would be a severe understatement. Brianne has not just the eye for design, but also the flexibility to shift as weather and both personal/global crises shift, the patience of a saint, and the connections in the Atlanta/Georgia areas to ensure that you're getting the best bang for your buck with every decision you make. She and her team have continuously gone above and beyond for us, and remained the most gracious and thoughtful humans as we struggled through a very tough year in 2020. We consider ourselves to be exceptionally lucky to have the chance to work with her for as long as we have, and that she and her team are going to be by our side as we hold (fingers crossed!) our big celebration in Fall 2021. She will be the best choice you make in the planning process, and you will not regret your decision to hire her.
