Amazing team!
Brianne and her team were absolutely amazing to work with! The whole process of wedding planning was such a breeze with this group. I had a lot of general ideas and buzz words, but no clue how to the vision come to life. Brianne did just that and more. From late night calls to answering my every email and text about the smallest detail, I can't begin to express my gratitude for both Brianne and Mindy this last year. Brianne gave great advice and helped point me in the right direction for how to verbalize what I saw in my head. The full service experience was beyond what I could have imagined and it made our wedding truly perfect. I have nothing but phenomenal things to say about working with Brianne and any bride would be lucky to have her on their team day of. -

Amazing!!!
We had the pleasure of using Brianne McMullan events to plan each part from beginning to the end of the wedding planning journey. From the beginning, Brianne was actively engaged and organized with making our daughter's wedding a most favorite day for her and our whole family. She was great with communicating decision deadlines and with also staying on budget. The planning process was not only well thought out but fun. I missed working with the team after the wedding day because they became part of the family during the 7 month planning process. The wedding day was as perfect for our bride and her groom as well as for all of us and I give Brianne and her team 100% credit for that. I would recommend them to my closest friends and family. -

Brides (and Grooms) – if you’re looking for a planner who is not only knowledgeable and organized but also kind beyond measure and willing to go above and beyond for you to have the most perfect wedding day, Brianne is your girl!! In short, Brianne and her team made our wedding day everything we could have imagined even while she was pregnant and through the ups and downs of covid. We would have never made it without her, and I will tell anyone who listens how worthwhile of an investment her services are. I’ve included a detailed review below if you want to keep reading but if you want the quick take – do yourself a favor and hire Brianne!! You will actually enjoy the wedding planning process and will arrive at your big day confident that it will be everything you dreamed and more!!!
We began planning for our September 2020 wedding in July of 2019, well before covid was even a thought. We interviewed several planners and Brianne immediately stood out – as mentioned before, she was exceedingly kind and not only listened to the (honestly, fragmented) ideas we had for our day but sounded excited about them and made us feel like they were accomplishable with our budget. We chose to go with Brianne’s full-service planning which includes design, planning and execution and it was the BEST. DECISION. EVER.
Her design process was able to capture all our seemingly random wants and put them into the vision we didn’t even know we had. When she presented the design plan to us, we were so impressed, and it was so in line with what we were looking for that I am pretty sure we only ended up changing the napkins. Brianne toured venues with us all over metro-Atlanta, attended wedding band previews and even arranged/ joined my wedding dress shopping days. We started working to secure the design-related vendors right when lockdowns began, and it was nerve-wracking to think about out how we were supposed to navigate our way forward. But Brianne stepped up and made us feel like she didn’t even miss a beat. She coordinated with vendors for virtual meetings and worked with them outside of our time to ensure they were in line with our design/ vision. She answered my never-ending stream of questions via email and was always prepared to explain the pros & cons of every situation/ design choice. When our venue wouldn’t allow us to do one of the things we wanted to for our design, she worked closely with our florist and turned the situation into one that was even preferred by us.
With coivd in play, there was always a possibility of us having to change our date and there were several other precautions we had to take into account throughout the planning process. Brianne managed all of this with grace and steadiness, she kept us clearly informed about what the options were, how the vendors would react and how it would impact us. She helped us address coivd concerns with our guests while making sure it wasn’t at the forefront of our day.
The last few weeks leading to the wedding were smooth and enjoyable thanks to the work Brianne puts in to coordinate all the final details. I was so relaxed and was truly able to enjoy our wedding week with friends and family. The day of the wedding was so well coordinated and easy – I didn’t stress at all. We were blown away when we finally got to see the ceremony and reception spaces – the colors, flowers and every single element were intentional and perfect. We had been watching the weather all day and it was set to rain right at ceremony time (of course) – Brianne had a plan though and, because she knew I was determined to have an outdoor ceremony, helped us get started a few minutes early to make that happen. We even had a power outage during the reception, and she worked with the venue and other vendors to resolve the situation and even extend our night a bit! We, along with our guests, were so in love with the design elements and execution of the day that we talked non-stop about it for months. Brianne truly made our wishes come true and made our engagement year one that was enjoyable and fun!

Every bride should have Brianne! Best Choice Ever!
When we began to plan our wedding in June of 2019, I was overwhelmed by the idea of planning a 350 person wedding. I wanted to ensure we kept our focus on the purpose of that special day and not lose sight of it due to the many moving parts of planning a wedding. Brianne was the best decision we made during the process. She worked hard to allow us to focus on our excitement over beginning a life together. She helped coordinate my day of dress shopping and even came along to help. She was invaluable in taking all of the anxiety and questions out of the many decisions required while planning a wedding. She truly cares about making it as magical as you dreamed of as a child.
Just as we began to think we couldn’t appreciate Brianne more for her calming presence and attention to detail, Covid began shutting down the country a few weeks before our wedding. A little over two weeks before our set date, April 4, 2020, we had to reschedule. We were determined to say our vows on that day. Brianne went above and beyond to help us do just that with a backyard ceremony with only parents and grandparents. She ensured we still had a magical day with a bouquet, boutonnière, and photographer. A year later, she helped us with the vow renewal for our rescheduled date. She took our ideas and dreams and turned them into the most beautifully whimsical wedding celebration. Brianne and her team were the most invaluable part in keeping us sane during this time. It is clear the incredible working relationships she has with vendors. Her management of vendors, contracts, day of set up/tear down, etc. was like a finely tuned machine. Her support, guidance, knowledge, and ability to always be ten steps ahead is without question worth every penny and then some. Don’t hesitate. Just go ahead and schedule that initial consultation. Every bride should have Brianne. -

Worth every penny, and then some!
As a planner by nature, I was initially hesitant to hire a planner for our wedding; thank goodness we did though, and especially that we chose Brianne. To say that Brianne is the best would be a severe understatement. Brianne has not just the eye for design, but also the flexibility to shift as weather and both personal/global crises shift, the patience of a saint, and the connections in the Atlanta/Georgia areas to ensure that you're getting the best bang for your buck with every decision you make. She and her team have continuously gone above and beyond for us, and remained the most gracious and thoughtful humans as we struggled through a very tough year in 2020. We consider ourselves to be exceptionally lucky to have the chance to work with her for as long as we have, and that she and her team are going to be by our side as we hold (fingers crossed!) our big celebration in Fall 2021. She will be the best choice you make in the planning process, and you will not regret your decision to hire her. Like us, you might just leave the process of working with Bri not just with the wedding of your dreams, but also with a confidant, friend, and business mentor. -

Brianne was truly a life saver with our wedding. We went through so many rounds of wedding planning and changes that I would have been so lost without Brianne! She was patient, full of ideas & information, and on top of everything for the full planning time. She kept us sane, on track, and more importantly, she kept us excited when we were so over the planning and changes! Her team made sure everything was perfect on the day of the wedding!! -

I am a type “A” personality who has had many years of experience in planning large events. Yet I had never planned a wedding, and I wanted my daughter’s wedding to be as perfect as possible. The first bridge I had to cross was seeing the need to even hire a wedding planner. It wasn’t until I talked to a dear friend who had just had a very high end wedding for her daughter, who shared that a good wedding planner is not only a mental blessing for guidance and dealing with a mountain of wedding details … but they can actually save you money in negotiations with vendors! After pursuing several wedding planners I discovered Brianne’s website…. And knew I had found a gem. My fingers were crossed that she would take us on! After seeing her video and speaking with her, I could tell she had “pearls and cashmere” taste, but would never push her own agenda. She was the perfect fit for us.
From the moment I first spoke with Brianne, I was delighted that I had found the perfect partner with whom I would spend the next few months planning my daughter’s wedding. She was delightful to work with, respectful in each of our desires and expectations, detailed in every aspect of planning, and exceptional in communication with us and our vendors. She was able to pace our planning so that we were not busy with unnecessary details, nor s consumed with details prior to its appropriate timing, and yet she was always available to clarify any confusion or calm any concerns at any point in the process. I loved that she understood what I was going through….we could laugh, question tricky details, and overcome bumps along the way. She was professional, yet in the end, I found a lovely friend in Brianne as well. It was bittersweet to end our conversations after months of planning together!
I hope that no mother of the bride, or bride, ever expects that the wedding process and/or the wedding weekend will sail along without any bumps whatsoever. There will be small bumps… maybe even bigger ones… ours were small. But Brianne and her team where SO on top of every detail and worked extremely hard to smooth the road toward the “perfect day”. I have to say that we could not have hoped or dreamed for a more perfect wedding weekend than we had. We were elated. Did it rain? Yes! Did it matter? No! It was perfect. Absolutely perfect. And we were so happy with our vendors. Brianne and her team had headphones on and were busy bees behind all the scenes… while we danced the night away in the most magical night of wedding bliss we could have ever imagined. Thank you, Brianne, and your wonderful team …. For allowing us to simply enjoy this once in a lifetime moment. We are still drinking in all the joy of the amazing weekend and this beautiful event. -

Brianne and her team were wonderful. I felt comfortable from day one knowing Brianne and her team would be there day-of. I did the month-of coordination package as I had already planned the majority of my wedding but knew we'd need help on the wedding day. Brianne was fabulous - very organized and went out of her way to make our wedding a success. We always knew Brianne would have the answer to any questions we asked. She also provided Aisle Planner which was extremely helpful for seating with both our reception and rehearsal.
I didn't realize that I'd have someone day of to be there and honestly Mindy was everything I could ever want. Truly felt extremely comfortable with her and it was as if she was a good friend. My family was SO thankful to have her there - she assisted with last minute adjustments including sewing on a button, putting on my veil, mints, water, and even fixing my hair after too much dancing. It honestly was one of the best investments of our wedding. Mindy felt like the best bridesmaid I could have ever had (no offense to mine ;))
I urge you to go with Brianne and her team if you're unsure of whether or not you need a planner. I was deciding between wedding planners in the beginning and Brianne was a tad more expensive than the other (although still reasonable for all she does), but when we met in person I knew she was the right woman for the job. She went beyond any expectations. -

I understand the power of a first-hand review as that is exactly how I was lead to Brianne. I knew within the first 5 minutes of our initial phone consultation that she was going to execute an organized, flawless and unforgettable event - It was one of those phone calls where I felt we had known each other for years! The entire 1.5 years of working together to plan my wedding was exceptionally enjoyable, as I knew I could count on her timeliness, trust, professionalism and classy attitude. In all honesty, I never thought I would be the type of bride to hire a wedding planner (I'm a DIY-er!) but I sure am glad I followed that hunch and met with Brianne! She embraced my ideas and helped my mom and I bring them to life (but better!). My wedding was more that I could have dreamed of, and for that I am eternally grateful! -

Hanna was an amazing help to us during the process of planning our wedding. She gave us many suggestions that were so helpful when figuring out what vendors to go with. She was key the day of and the day before the wedding. Both days went so smoothly because we had her help. She was so organized and had everything under control. I felt like I could really enjoy the day of the wedding because I did not have to worry about answering questions. She was so amazing!! Booking Brianne as our wedding planner was one of the best decisions we made in the planning process! She was absolutely incredible to work with. I truly don't know what I would have done without her. Right from the beginning I knew we were a perfect match because of her organization, attention to detail and responsiveness. I loved that we got access to Aisle Planner as a part of our package. It made everything so easy. Brianne helped us to assemble a wedding dream team. All of her recommendations were spot on with our style and vision and the final product was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined! Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and Brianne had us at ease the whole time because of how in control she was. She even sewed me into my dress in the middle of the reception when the zipper broke! Talk about a lifesaver! On top of all that Brianne is just an incredible person. I wish we could do it all over again. It was the perfect collaboration! -

We cannot say enough about the incredible experience we had working with Brianne. She was a dream from start to finish! Brianne is so easy to work with, kind, thoughtful, very diligent, and an excellent communicator. We worried exactly 0% about our wedding, all thanks to her.
Brianne was supportive. She never tried to impose her vision, and was always available for discussing any questions, opinions, thoughts, or issues. She made sure the vendors really were operating according to our preferences. As someone who can be passive in these situations, I was so grateful Brianne did the behind the scenes work for us to ensure that everything really was about “our day” — not about what the vendors might prefer. At the same time, she maintained excellent relationships with all of our vendors and contact points. She was also a wealth of knowledge on contracts, vendor negotiations, and the industry landscape. All of our vendor recommendations came through her, and we could not have been more thrilled with the end team.
Brianne was thorough. I felt confident there was no detail she hadn’t already thought through. She was so in tune, she made sure the napkin color matched the bridesmaids dresses. It didn’t occur to me until the wedding day how many details there were that she ensured worked together in a complete package. Everywhere I looked, each aspect coordinated beautifully.
Brianne helped us navigate the parts of the wedding planning process we weren’t at all familiar with (names of flowers, contract provisions, etc) with compassion and grace. She never made us feel silly for not knowing about wedding industry details or wanting to save money.
That all said, Brianne is a tiger. She negotiated fiercely on our behalf. She held her ground with vendors and secured better deals, both financially and logistically. She sought the best result for us at all times — even if it wasn’t the easiest. I’m so glad Brianne was on our team — would never want to be on the opposite side of the table! Brianne absolutely saved us more money than she charged us thanks to her supreme negotiating skills and spend/splurge guidance.
Brianne’s entire wedding day-of team was so lovely. Each and every woman was kind, calm, and knew exactly what was going on. You could ask any of them a detailed question about any aspect of the day, and they’d come back with a correct and collected answer in minutes, if not immediately. They communicated seamlessly between themselves, bridal party none the wiser to any speed bumps, and delivered a flawless day.
I am so incredibly grateful to have worked with Brianne and her team. They made our entire experience wonderful.
Concrete Examples:
We had volatile weather on our wedding day, starting with hot sun and ending with a hail storm. Brianne held her ground with our vendors to find a solution where we were able to marry outside as planned, and shift part of the reception seamlessly to an indoor location. I didn’t know / didn’t have to be stressed out about any of this, until after she had already worked out the bumps and she brought me up to speed with a few easy questions about my preferences. I cannot imagine dealing with an uncooperative venue and multiple other vendors in the midst of a major shake up without her. If Brianne hadn’t been there and I was left to my own devices, I would have likely ended up getting married in an undecorated hot pink ballroom and had a horrible day figuring out how to get to that suboptimal result.
Brianne helped us understand what our lofty ideas translated to in reality. I never would have paired our linens together on my own. I had no idea what flowers I wanted, I just knew I wanted them to look like (insert Pinterest photo here), approximately. She helped translate the large vision into realistic steps and communicate this to vendors.
Brianne fed us a study weekly/monthly to do list, specifically tailored to us/our speed, in order to ensure we never felt overwhelmed. I felt very confident that we were never off schedule. I just simply didn’t have stress to deal with about staying on schedule at all! I just answered the prompts and made decisions as they were presented to me. Incredible.
Brianne answered every one of my silly “is it rude if..?” “Do other people...?” “Can you believe that...” emails/texts so kindly. I’m sure many of these are repetitive and annoying for her, but she treats you as a close friend. She never once made us feel belittled — something I’ve heard horror stories about.
Weddings are by nature a stressful event. There are all kinds of external pressures on the couple from before engagement through the honeymoon. Brianne took so much off our shoulders. She’s absolutely worth double her fee. We are so thrilled and grateful to have worked with such an amazing vendor. -

Madison Sent on 02/05/2018Where do I begin with Brianne McMullan. First off, she's truly just the kindest human being you'll ever meet! Secondly, she's on top of things you don't even realize need to be done. Lastly, she's the most organized wedding planner you'll probably ever come in contact with! When I met Brianne for the first time I was on the fence if I needed a planner for all the months leading up to my wedding. I thought to myself, "I've got this! I don't need someone to help me pick our linen colors, or a photographer." Brianne does so much more than I probably even realize. She was constantly in communication with my vendors to make sure they knew their time and place to be, she helped me research vendors for certain parts of the wedding, and she held multiple meetings with our vendors to discuss every detail that created our special day. It was the best feeling to walk away from a meeting knowing Brianne had complete control and confidence that our wedding would run smoothly. Our wedding was the least stressful day of my life! Brianne and her team were constantly there either working with me, or my husband. My mother was never bombarded by vendors asking last minute questions. Brianne and her team covered everything! Choosing Brianne McMullan and her team to help plan my wedding, not just the day of, but the months leading up to our wedding was the best decision I made! I can't imagine how different the day would've been without her! If you're on the fence and not sure if you want a wedding planner, stop and ask yourself, “How important is it to you that your wedding run smoothly? Do you want someone to cover last minute questions? Do you want someone to bring you food (HUGEEEE)? And do you want someone to take as much pride in "your" wedding and they would their own?” I don't regret choosing Brianne McMullan. She honestly was my best decision!! Thank you Brianne and your whole entire team! -
