Brian went above and beyond what we expected of him on the day-of. His photos are beautifully shot and he captured the magic of the day perfectly. "Stunning" was the word that most people used to describe his photos of our day and we would agree wholeheartedly. His style is very artistic and complemented our aesthetic perfectly. Super glad we chose him for our wedding!

When it came to getting a photographer my wife and I didn't know what to expect. We were worried that the whole process would be uncomfortable and awkward. Thankfully we found Brian. He was professional and made the entire process, engagement photos and wedding photos, pleasant and fun. Brian naturally blended into the crowd and captured some amazing moments. We wouldn't have the beautiful memories we have if it wasn't for him.

My fiancé and I enlisted Brian's services for our engagement photos. He was easy to contact and quick to respond via email. We were hoping to have the photos taken at the Tidal Basin when the Cherry Blossoms were in full bloom, and, with over 10 years of experience, he suggested a very early start time to avoid the crowds. He was at our designated meeting place before we were, knew just what shots would be best, and helped transform a nervous couple into what we consider to be mostly (our fault, not his) graceful masterpieces that beautifully capture us as well as the surroundings. His pricing was very reasonable, and the results are just spectacular. We actually got stopped during the photography session by a former client (he shot their wedding) who sang his praises. He sent over 300 edited photos after the session. They are breathtaking and it was difficult to select which ones to have printed. You should not hesitate if you are considering hiring Brian as your photographer.

Brian has a great eye for photography is and very easy to work with. My wife and I had to change our plans a couple of times due to work schedules and it was never an issue for both our engagement and wedding shoots. The quality of the photos taken are amazing and we could not be happier with the end product! I highly recommend him.

Brian was recommended to us by our friends who used him in their wedding. My fiance at the time and I met with him and decided to go with him for both our wedding photos and engagement photos. He was great because he's laid back and easy to get along with (you see your photographer ALL day on your wedding day so you've got to get along) and takes amazing photos.

At our wedding, we wanted a photo booth and he was able to make an awesome photo booth with props, on site printing with our name on the pictures and a 2nd photographer. It was a huge hit at the wedding!

Brian was amazing. As soon as we saw his work we booked him immediately. Our engagement pictures were taken downtown and came out great. He made our guestbook out of the engagement session and it was stunning. Our wedding pictures are amazing so far (we've only seen the preview). He caught so many moments that will now never be forgotten!!

Brian has been a joy to work with from the very beginning. I met him and saw his work at a bridal show nearly 2 years ago and I fell in love. He was the 1st vendor I "HAD TO HAVE" and I'm so lucky I got my date. We had Brian do our engagement shoot at our wedding venue and they turned out so wonderful! It also gave us the opportunity to work in the space and see what we liked and didn't like so that we were ready to go on the big day.

My family liked Brian's pictures so much that they had him come out and take family photos during the rehearsal dinner too! On the day of the wedding Brian was a complete joy- he was invisible when we were having special moments or trying to be alone, he kept me sane at one point that telling me every one's delays were normal. I could not have asked for a better photographer.

I'm still waiting to get my pictures back, but he sent us a few early so we could make a "thank you" card. I can't WAIT to get the rest back and have Brian take my husband and I's photos in the future.

A mild, pleasant, invisible photographer who takes dynamite photographs! We were amazed at the quality and diversity of views of both the wedding Mass, the wedding party, and the reception, as well as the engagement photos. Brian and his wife Elizabeth were virtually unseen during all the events, but produced intimate and sensitive photographs that truly were representative of the joy and the solemnity of the occasion. While they posted 1300 (thirteen hundred!) photos on their website, there was never pressure, or even a suggestion, that we should purchase any of them. They also keep them up in perpetuity, without fee. It is like a video without the annoying presence of a videographer. We were so happy with the wallet photos of the engagement which were handed out at the reception, giving the website for the photos of the wedding. They even included several of the photos. Brian Lusby is not inexpensive, but the value and the lack of pressure (he has already sent a cd of all photos, with unlimited rights to copy them) are priceless. As for flexibility, we added then subtracted hours of shooting several times, and were able to make last minute changes with complete cooperation from Brian Lusby. A wonderful experience.

Hiring Brian Lusby Photography to capture our wedding was the best decision we made in the entire wedding process. From the engagement session to the wedding pictures, Brian captured us at our best and created elegant, artistic pictures. I know for a fact that he puts the same care into each couple, as seen on his facebook page. If you're debating, look him up on facebook and scroll through some of his galleries to see. He wasn't always fast on email, but I'm assuming that's because he is so busy with photographing events and editing his work. I would give him 20 stars if I could. I was nervous about being the focus of the whole day but he made me look my best! You won't regret hiring Brian Lusby!!!!
