As someone who does not buy much (read: any) jewelry, I was understandably nervous about shopping for an engagement ring. I was referred to Brian Joseph Jewelry by a friend, and I couldn't be more grateful that I was. Brian was incredibly easy to work with, flexible to meet where/when worked for me, and provided genuinely helpful and honest input every step of the way, leading me to buy the perfect diamond that my now wife comments on almost every day. We both came back to Brian for our wedding bands, and his reputation continued to deliver - he custom built us both beautiful pieces that match the engagement band perfectly. Needless to say we'll be returning for any future jewelry needs.

I have worked with Brian on three pieces now and I would not even consider going to someone else! My engagement ring is so beautiful, he worked with my husband and they made the most beautiful ring to surprise me with, and then we worked together to create a matching wedding band. The set is so gorgeous, down to each and every detail. I get complimented ALL the time, and I can’t help but stare at my hand all the time! Brian is so trustworthy as well, he handles older, cherished items and makes them into beautiful pieces you never want to take off. He also reset my late mother’s emerald ring and now it’s so much more modern and so pretty.

I would highly recommend Brian for if you are looking for quality jewelry. He was extremely helpful, creative and easy to communicate with. He designed a beautiful ring for me, and was very helpful in giving me tips for maintenance as well as fitting it perfectly.

Just when I thought Brian couldn’t top what he created for my engagement ring, he knocked it out of the park with my wedding band! I saw a ring design that I liked on a jewelry website, however they did not carry that design in the width that I desired. With a design in mind, I was able to work with Brian to make a custom ring to my desired design, as well as width. He also designed my wife’s custom wedding band. She worked with him to customize a unique, one of a kind wedding band. Not only was he able to customize it to her liking but his attention to detail is impeccable. In the design of the ring he made an ode to the month we got married in (July) by incorporating 7 round diamonds into her ring. It is the little things like this that make all of the difference and separate him from other jewelry stores and websites.

Brian redesigned my original engagement ring and wedding band, not because it was something I wanted but because my name brand ring broke! My platinum Tacori ring snapped not once but twice. Tacori did not stand by their work and wanted me to pay for all the repairs. Heck I even had to pay for the shipping! The Tacori name brand looks beautiful in magazines but that’s all they are, a pretty picture. They are a name brand that doesn’t stand behind their product nor care about their customers. Don’t buy name brand. Buy custom through Brian!

Brian was a joy to work with and he made me feel comfortable and happy about redesigning my ring and starting over. Most importantly he stands by his work! I get compliments on my new ring all the time! I will never buy a single piece of jewelry from anyone but Brian ever again!!!

I met Brian through a referral and he provided an amazing experience all the way from our first meeting to adjusting the rings size (in 24h) post proposal to ensure a perfect fit. Brian provided lots of options and was not just knowledgeable about his craft but really cared about providing a great experience and making sure I found the perfect diamond. He worked with me to incorporate personal touches and created my wife’s dream ring in a short time frame for a surprise proposal. Highly recommended.

Brian does amazing work! My husband went to him to help customize my engagement ring and he told me that Brian came to the house to talk to him and show him his work. Obviously because of how great he was previously we went with him again for our wedding bands. A week before the wedding, Brian was able to take my grandmothers diamonds out of her bands and customize a ring with them for me. He met us at a coffee shop conveniently down by city hall because we were getting our marriage license that day. Also, he has the other half of my grandmothers ring which I will eventually ask him make into another piece of jewelry ( he came up with that idea.) also, last minute my bogus and wanted a bracelet for me for the day of and Brian has it done within days of our wedding and personally dropped it off at our house! Brian is super personable. He does amazing work and he will work with you to get you exactly what you need. Thanks again Brian for making one step during the wedding process easy!

I not only got my dream ring , but i got a ring that my FH built for me.

A few weeks after being engaged, I damaged my ring - which had to be one of the most heart breaking moments I’ve encountered.

Not only did Brian put my mind to ease but he contacted me everyday during the process and updated me with pictures of what had been done and what still needs to be done.

I received my ring back in a short few days and it looked like it did the first day I got it ❤️
