I could not of imagined my wedding day and the organization to create the day as I wanted without Brian's help. His team was there early on our wedding day and had every piece of our day outlined in a day of timeline. He coordinated with our vendors and made sure everyone was where they needed to be and was able to take this stress of my plate. My husband and I met Brian when we were doing a food tasting for our wedding and we were deciding on a caterer. The food was amazing, and Brian was very energetic and thorough about what Sasha’s Catering could provide. We were instantly hooked, as we are both foodies and we placed a lot of value on serving our guests good food. I was pleasantly surprised when Brian told us he did day of wedding coordination as he is so charismatic, we were really looking forward to working with him. One big challenge was some severe food allergies I had recently developed, but Brian always made the tastings, final food choices, and cake options SAFE for me to eat. I was grateful that he took it so seriously and the food never lacked in taste or creativity!

On the day of, Brian handled not only the catering side of things, but six flower bouquets, and the wedding cake. The wedding day went off without any issues, we couldn’t have asked for a better day, it was beyond what we had envisioned; Brian made that happen. We had a minor challenge with the cake frosting, due to my food allergies they used alternative ingredients, as a result Brian thought outside the box and ensured our cake was presentable for the cake cutting.
