Very professional and all i heard all night was how AMAZING the food was!!

Brent's Catering provided excellent food for my wedding. We had planned to send out 300 hundred invitations, and after meeting with Brent he used a special calculation to figure out how many people we needed to prepare for. We actually send out 200 hundred and had to recalculate our figures - this never bothered Brent. He simply made a few more calculations and everything turned out great! The food was sensational. We had far less people than anticpated, but the food was so good that people went back for seconds and thirds and you would have known that all the guests did not show up. All of my guests kept saying that even though they were full, they had to keep going back for more. It was the best catering I have ever tasted. Brent also made my wedding cake, It was absolutely breathtaking. It melted in my mouth. even after being in the freezer a few days (we had some left over) it still tasted fresh. Brent and his staff were very professional, and helpful. This is the ONLY caterer I recommend for any event.

Overall we LOVED Brent's catering. The food was amazing and the price wasn't as high as some caterers we looked at. The only two things i have to say are... his "special" calculation may not be best for everyone. He counts every invitation as a family of 3+ which in our case, where most people invited were just two people, made the numbers much higher than they should be. He was very flexible however, and let us figure the numbers our way, and continued to update our number until a week before the wedding. that was great! His display at the wedding was beautiful, HOWEVER as soon as the line died down, they started picking up all the food, decorations, and even took the table clothes off the table leaving us with bare tables half way through the reception and giving people the impression that it was time to go when it was not. We were very unhappy about that. but the food was great!
