I loved the Brazos Cotton Exchange! My favorite thing about the location was the flexibility of Sandra. I was allowed to use whatever caterer I wanted and could bring in my own alcohol! This meant that I could bring in the wine from my hometown's winery bought with a family discount and so special. I had plenty of time for set up and tear down and the room was beautiful. I had 250 guests, and I would not have wanted to try to put any more in the room for a seated reception where a buffet was served. The room has so much character, the place has great bathrooms, and the view of downtown from the third floor is amazing!

Brazos Cotton Exchange was the perfect place for a rehearsal dinner. We had about 100 people in attendance and everyone fit at tables very comfortably. The only problem we ran into was not being able to get the A/C turned down enough to cool the building!
