I couldn't be happier with my decision to choose Brasstown Valley Resort as my venue. Everything was absolutely perfect-the stunning sunset view overlooking the mountains, the food was amazing (which wedding food doesn't normally impress me), and the overall ambiance of the resort and amenities. With that being said, my coordinator through BVR, Savannah, was the icing on the cake. She was quick to respond, flexible, and never had me worried about anything! She is a gem. If I could do it all over again I would pick BVR. We got nothing but rave reviews from our guests!

Brasstown Valley Resort is a beautiful place to get married or have an event. It was a pleasure working with Kristen Crabtree through out our wedding planning process at Brasstown Valley Resort. She was very responsive, kind, and went out of her way to make sure everything went as planned.

I cannot rave enough about Brasstown Valley Resort! We had our wedding there in May 2015 and it was the best experience imaginable! Not only was the weather beautiful, the venue looked phenomenal, the food/drinks were delicious and the staff were top-notch. Leisa Jensen was our wedding coordinator and she truly went above and beyond to make our wedding weekend perfect. We held our rehearsal dinner at the Stables which included a hay ride, bon-fire with s'mores, camp fire stories, time in the pasture with the horses and a full dinner/bar. This was such a great experience especially if you have kids involved! The actual wedding was held at the Sunset Pavilion and Sunset Terrace. This was the most beautiful site for such a special event. All of our guests really enjoyed the location and were well taken care of by the resort staff. Being able to stay in the lodge or cabins was very convenient for our guests, which made the weekend even more enjoyable. Pricing was reasonable and well worth the money! I would 110% recommend Brasstown Valley Resort as a wedding venue and we will definitely be returning as often as possible.

The cost for the catering, which must be provided in-house, is a little expensive but the food is very good so I felt it was worth it. The staff at BVR was very friendly and helpful, and it is a very beautiful place for an outdoor wedding. I would highly recommend it!!

Brasstown Valley Resort and their staff made our wedding weekend a dream come true. A special thank you to Ashley Patterson, their wedding coordinator. We used the lodge and cabins for our guests, the Creekside Pavillion for our rehearsal dinner, the golf course for groomsmen outing and Sunset Pavillion for our ceremony and wedding reception. Brassies, the on-site sports bar provided a spontaneous gathering spot and the dining room took care of everyone's breakfast needs. We would highly recommend this location for your special event. We were lucky enough to have perfect weather but Plan B was in place.

We just had our wedding on June 12th, 2015 and it was everything we hoped for and more! We used the sunset terrace and sunset pavillion & we are so happy with the decision to use this venue! The planning process was wonderful, our coordinator Leisa Jensen was amazing and made the day perfect, the food was delicious, the service was impeccable, and the setting was breathtaking! Cannot say enough about this wonderful venue. It's expensive, but definitely worth it if you're able to make it happen. It made our wedding so special! The sunset pavilion and sunset terrace were the best!

*my only issue with the resort was the front desk because but after sending a review to the resort, the manager contacted us & said they would work to address these issues with more training, etc. Minor detail when the wedding was so perfect!*

We are so grateful for everyone at Brasstown for making our wedding weekend absolutely perfect. Based on how accommodating, organized, responsive and professional they were throughout the planning process, we knew leading up to the wedding that the weekend would run flawlessly. Still, the weekend completely blew away our expectations.

Everything was top notch, from the level of service provided to our guests, to the delicious food, the attention to detail, and the friendliness of the staff. And the venue is over-the-top GORGEOUS. I know I won’t recall every example, but someone was always thinking ahead about how they could meet our needs. During the wedding, the wait staff and the banquet managers and the bartenders all made sure everyone were well taken care of. They kept the hotel bar open late for us and we were pleasantly surprised with how nicely they had decorated our honeymoon suite. Everyone was so unbelievably helpful and professional. We just can’t say enough great things about Brasstown and neither can our guests. Everyone had so much fun and was extremely impressed.

Teresa Long, the catering manager, did a wonderful job with the rehearsal and the ceremony coordination and in general was such a pleasure to work with. She made sure every detail was taken care of and responded promptly and patiently to my many, MANY questions and requests. We were also so impressed with the spa and how well they accommodated the bridal party and with the lunch they put together there. I really could go on and on about how happy we are – we wouldn’t change a single thing! We can’t wait to come back to Brasstown and relive our perfect weekend. We will definitely be spending our anniversaries there, that’s for sure, if not many other special occasions.

No doubt the best wedding experience we've ever seen! Everyone at Brasstown loves what they do and it shows!

Ashley was our wedding planner. She was patient, so knowledgeable. She made suggestions that took the wedding from wonderful to absolutely the perfect day. She made our daughter's wedding dreams come true.
