Facilities and Capacity

Brasserie Provence has three event spaces and can accommodate up to 200 guests. The spaces range from covered outdoor to indoor and provide you with a unique setting for your wedding. The Private Dining Salon in Provence is perfect for intimate gatherings of up to 40 people, with curtained French doors that ensure the space will feel completely yours. The dining room and bar areas can accommodate up to 150 guests, including a larger section to host dining activities and a smaller section for cake cutting and dancing.

Co-Owner Guy Genoud serves as your personal Catering Coordinator. With 30+ years of experience in the hotel and restaurant industries (both in the United States and Europe), Guy provides couples with a high quality experience consisting of cuisine, ambience and professional service. For an additional fee, Provence's in-house floral designer Jess Coy also serves as the Brasserie Provence Wedding Coordinator. Couples frequently celebrate their nuptials with engagement parties, cocktail receptions, rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, ceremonies, and elopements. All-inclusive packages cover clean-up, event planning, and setup for your event, as well as:

Cuisine

Chef Patrick Gosden and his team specialize in Southern French cuisine, and accommodate gluten-free, lactose-free, no pork, nut-free, organic, vegan, and vegetarian dietary needs. Couples have the opportunity to tailor menus that match their vision and preferences. Service includes plated dishes, buffets, family style meals, and stations, as well as passed hors d’oeuvres and dessert. French service and tastings are also available.

Barware, china, flatware, glassware, and linens are available for couples to use during the event. The in-house bar in Provence has a liquor license and bartenders are able to provide a champagne toast for your reception.
