Braca Latin Catering is a family-owned boutique operation based in Stamford, Connecticut, with over 20 years of experience and passion for the love of food.

Nubia and Jaime Guerrero, a New York International Culinary Center Graduate, established Brasitas Restaurant in 1998, a Latin fusion cuisine concept. Over the years, their daughter Jeanelle, mentored by her father Jaime, has expanded to providing their same passion for food to quality catering and event services.

Our full-service food and beverage catering team hosts a variety of events, from casual backyard barbecues to sophisticated sit-down dinners of all sizes. Everything is prepared 100% in-house and cooked on-site. We use fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients whenever possible to give all guests a high-quality and authentic experience.

We offer various catering services for weddings, rehearsal dinners, and engagement parties. Jeanelle and the team guide couples throughout the entire planning process, starting with custom menu design, a complimentary in-house tasting session, a site visit walk-through, rental coordination, and day-of setup and cleanup. We ensure that every detail is reviewed beforehand and impeccably executed so you and your family can celebrate the day to the fullest.
