Kim went above and beyond our expectations! From our booking appointment to the day of she just did so much for us and we are so grateful!!! She helped us with so much more than just flowers, but really making our day extravagant. She did votives, centerpieces, ceremony and reception pieces and it was STUNNING! She can really turn any vision you have into reality and not just make it as good, but better! Plus she’s super sweet and fun to work with. She wants to make sure you are satisfied with everything and even sends you pictures as she’s working on your bridal bouquet to ensure you love it! I’m SO thankful I chose someone so intentional, kind, and brilliant with florals! Thank you so much Kim!!!

Kim at Boyd's Blossoms did an amazing job on all my flowers for the bridal party and decorating the arch! She also has rentals inside her store that really made my wedding beautiful! I def. recommend her if you live in the Houston area! She has great prices and deeply cares about making her bride happy!

Boyd's Blossoms gave me the best deal on the 60 white hydrangeas that I needed for my wedding reception. The flowers were in perfect condition and bloomed perfectly for the reception.

I deeply regret having Kim as my florist. The first appointment I had with her went great. Every appointment after that, not so great. I never felt like a priority when we had our appointments. She was always in a hurry to get me out the door. I understand if you're busy trying to meet deadlines, but I believe when you are speaking to a customer one-on-one your attention should be towards them. The communication with Kim throughout the entire process was horrible. She rarely answered a phone call and mainly just wanted to talk via text. She never told me when she was ordering items or when they would come in. Never explained how she gave discounts or had a list of prices for her services. The way she planned out and kept notes of what I, and other clients, wanted was on a filing folder. Towards the end the folder became so scribbled from changes that orders were being read wrong. There were many many other things that went wrong but I think my comment is long enough. Overall, my experience with Boyd's Blossoms was horrible and I would never ever recommend her to anyone unless you are absolutely desperate to save money. And in that case I would say just make your own flower arrangements because she's just not worth it.
