My name is Justin. I’m a filmmaker based in Columbia, SC, and I love what I do. I created my first film for a client in 2014, and I started Box Turtle Films when I took my passion full-time.

I studied film and media arts at the University of South Carolina, earning my degree in 2014. I started Box Turtle Films in 2017. In 2018, I became a dad! I love my daughter and having her has changed my experience at weddings forever. I love emotional moments, and I love recreating emotional moments in all of the videos and the wedding films that I make.

My career as a filmmaker and wedding videographer has taken me all over South Carolina including Columbia, Charleston, Greenville, Beaufort, and Murrells Inlet, and even into Georgia and North Carolina.
