I am so happy that we used our neighborhood flower shop for our wedding flowers! We had been dropping by Bouquets & Baskets for bouquets, Christmas trees, and potted plants for 2 years before we sat down with them to discuss our wedding flowers. Cathy was so sweet and spent lots of time reviewing the styles and colors that we wanted. George and Cathy were very flexible with pricing, working within our budget and allowing us to make multiple payments before the wedding day, rather than one lump sum. George assured us that he would buy the flowers at auction, and get us the nicest flowers for our centerpieces and bouquets.

We ended up doing my bridal bouquet, corsages, boutonnieres, bridesmaid bouquets, and a cluster of 3 mason jars full of flowers on each table. They did not try to upsell us on additional arrangements, and we provided our own mason jars in order to further lower the price. The delivery was perfect and on time and I could not have been happier with the flowers!

George, Cathy, and Debbie are so, so amazing. I know nothing about flowers, so when I showed them pictures of the kinds of flowers and colors I wanted for my wedding, they immediately gave me pointers on what would work with the season and which flowers would last the entire day. They worked with me and quoted such a fair price that we managed to fall well below our budget. And the flowers looked PHENOMENAL. I LOVED my bouquet, and they also sent over some extra flowers to put in my hair, which was so thoughtful and nice. The flowers lasted ALL DAY, and even as I type this, five days after my wedding, my wedding bouquet still looks and smells like it was freshly put together. They set up everything at the church and the reception hall so seamlessly that there were never a worry in the world. Thank you again!!

I had worked with Bouquets & Baskets for my sister's wedding 5 years ago and after working with them and knowing how beautiful they made her flowers, using them for my own wedding was a no brainer. I met with Cathy a few months before the wedding and we went through pictures and talked through my ideas and she had fantastic suggestions and comments. She was a great source of information and pleasant to work with. We communicated through emails which she always responded to within a day. On the day of the wedding, they were professional, timely, and all of the flowers (bouquets for the bride, bridal party, boutonnieres, corsages, centerpieces and flowers for church) were stunning. They did an amazing job and I will continue to recommended them!

Bouquets and Baskets provided the florals and centerpieces for our wedding and they did a great job! Cathy was very patient to spend a lot of time with us during out first visit to show us the types of flowers available and try to help us narrow down our many ideas. During follow up visits, she was always willing to answer questions and roll with changes that we would request. George was very helpful, when I asked about a specific type of flower, he was very honest in setting my expectations about what would happen if he couldn’t get it due to the season, and we ended up selecting a different flower that was available, so that we didn’t have to worry about it at the last minute… the peace of mind was more important to me than the specific flower, and he let me know that choice ahead of time. On the day of our wedding, two boutonnieres were missing, but within minutes the delivery crew had a call in and in no time my ring bearers were all ready to go!

The flowers were wonderful quality and lasted all night without wilting. The centerpieces were a simple design, but they added lots of nice detail. Every centerpiece was taken home by our guests. Thanks to Cathy, George, and their team for providing such beautiful flowers for our wedding!

Cathy at Bouquets & Baskets in Jersey City is amazing. She was very flexible and took my budget and preferences into careful consideration to help me choose the perfect centerpieces and floral 'plan.' She was very warm and led me through everything I needed, even things I hadn't thought of beforehand. They delivered flowers to the place I got ready (for pictures) and to the restaurant without a hitch. Would DEF recommend, especially to brides watching bottom lines. Bouquets & Baskets offered me top value for my dollar and Cathy and her staff were joys to work with.

We were really pleased and happy with how our choices with them turned out. B&B helped make our selection affordable without compromising quality or beauty. Our photos with the flowers are so vibrant! The owner of B&B is friendly and flexible, offering many options and customizing your package to how you want it. We especially loved the large mantle displays that they custom made for two fireplaces in our wedding hall.

Bouquets & Baskets has the lowest prices I've found. Their arrangements cost a third of the price of other tri-state area vendors I've seen. The designs are very basic and traditional. I wish they had done something more creative with the bouquets, but our table arrangements were beautiful. Cathy did exactly what we discussed and was very helpful in cutting costs. All in all, great value!
