The photos and album came out wonderful.

Lauren seemed to be a perfect fit for our photographer for our wedding. Everything went well, her responsiveness after the wedding isis what is extremely unprofessional. It took Lauren 4 months and after emails and calls for us to finally receive our photos. Our contract states we are to receive a 25 page photo album which we have still not received (9 months later). I emailed her and called regarding this and was told I needed to select the photos myself, fine, so I did. I emailed her the photos a month after receiving the pictures from her and am still left with no album, 9 months later! My husband and I have called, emailed, and reached out on social media for weeks and all the contact after that was 1 phone call with a lame excuse saying "it has been a crazy week and will rush our processing and we will have our album at the end of the week". For the amount of money we spent on these photos and not even an album (which is included in the contract) to show our friends and family is is extremely dissdisappoiting and unprofessional and I would never recommend her services to anyone.
