Boston Coach charted our wedding party prior to our wedding. I was blown away with their professionalism and how prompt they were! From start to finish, Boston Coach was amazing and very accommodating. Thank you for your hard work!

Working with Boston Coach was a great experience. Susan helped coordinate all of our transportation which included five different vehicles. She was so helpful in getting together the schedule , detailing the pick-ups, and keeping me updated as the event approached. The vehicles were clean and the drivers were not only professional but went above and beyond to be helpful to our guests and wedding party. Our limo driver was great helping me get in and out of the limo without my dress getting in the way. All of the vehicles were at the locations early and arrived at the drop off points on time or early. They were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them for any transportation needs.

Out of all the vendors we worked with Boston Coach was the only one that was AWFUL.
*Guests had to tell the bus driver when to leave the hotel otherwise they would have been late for church(they got to church after me... I watched about 50 people get off the bus)
*The driver got lost multiple times(church, venue and hotel were all within 4 miles of each other)
* Driver left without the grandparents who stood in the cold rain waiting
*Guests had to take Ubers back to the hotel aft the reception because the driver was nowhere to be found
*groom had to call Boston Coach twice to locate via GPS the driver
* Me, the bride had no way to get to the hotel from the reception due to the driver being MIA (hotel 1.5 miles no highway from venue)
*The best part is that knowing we had major issues with their service and after multiple phone calls with Boston Coach Customer service they THEN charged our credit card the FULL amount. Boston Coach was the absolutely WORST part about my wedding. Their coach service is an absolute joke. DON'T BOTHER using their services as you will just be disappointed.
