Brandon captured our wedding perfectly. Not only do my parents have the ability to experience it since their health didn't allow their presence but we can remember the best day ever through motion picture. Thanks a ton Brandon! Semper Fi!

7 months after my daughters wedding and I am still trying to get the video from Brandon. He doesn’t return calls for months and when he does respond he is full of excuses as says he will send the video immediately- which never happens. Took 4 months to get the wedding pictures of which half were unedited and not professional quality. Only a few pictures taken of the reception. Overall extremely disappointed that we have limited memories of our only daughters wedding.

I guess my only option now is taking him to court to try to get a refund for the services he failed to provide. I would have been willing to work something out if he had only offered a way to resolve the situation - like taking makeup videos if he lost the videos from the wedding, but his lack to try to resolve the matter (I guess just hoping I’d go away without receiving what I paid for) has me stumped.
