It all started back in 1988 when chef Boni Guenechea catered his first wedding. This event Became the catalyst for his catering business Paella Party. For over 30 years Boni and his team have dazzled hundreds of couples and their guests by providing delicious cuisine and excellent service at their wedding receptions.

Now with Boni’s Catering, chef Boni’s goal is to continue the tradition of overall excellence while exploring new culinary avenues and providing different options to just “paella”. By staying close to his Basque culinary roots and infusing international flavors acquired in his 40 years in Miami , Boni’s Catering has the uniqueness and authenticity South Florida couples are looking for at a fair price.
