Amicable and attentive staff and great food!

My family and I can't stop raving about the excellent food and catering service provided by Paella Party for my wedding. From the set up, service, food and extra touches that Boni and his staff provided to make our wedding truly a night to remember, we can't thank him enough. Paella Party has a wide variety of appetizers, main courses, paella and desserts to choose from to make your occasion such a special and memorable one. His expert opinion was greatly appreciated when it came to ordering rentals and for quantities of items. He never pressured us to get more and would even suggest scaling down on some items, which is truly a testament to his integrity. Thank you to Boni and the rest of the Paella Party staff for making it the best night of our lives!

Paella party was amazing! We got all of our rental items with them and they catered our wedding. Everything was spectacular and the food was delicious! They set up everything on time. The food and appetizers were sooo good. All of our guests enjoyed their paella. I loved using them as a wedding vendor and would recommend them to future couples!

Diana and her team at Paella Party have been absolutely wonderful in all of the coordination, their flexibility with our costs/budget, attention to detail, and being candid upfront. We look forward to the food on our day of celebration :)

Paella Party & Kristina were a delight to work with! I will say that my mom mostly handled the catering aspect of the wedding, but I know she enjoyed working with Paella Party, especially Kristina, more than I can tell you. The food we had at the tasting was amazing, & the wedding day was the same. Kristina was also flexible enough to meet us at the wedding venue on a Sunday (I don't live in Miami, so it was hard to schedule a time to do a walk through); Sunday was the only time we could do it, 1 week before the wedding. The staff was extremely pleasant the day of the event. One of the reasons we also loved working with Paella party was because they will allow you to provide your own liquor, which was a HUGE cost savings. The only snafu was that we were told we could drop the liquor off at their office before the wedding. We found out 6 days prior that they aren't able to transport the actual liquor, so we needed to find another place to drop it who could then bring it to our venue the day of the wedding (we were trying to handle it before the wedding so we could focus on fun the day of). If we lived in Miami, this wouldn't have been an issue, but we don't; we were able to make alternate plans, it was more of an annoyance than anything else.
Overall, I would highly recommend them to anyone. Food was great, service was excellent & they were incredibly reasonably priced!

I cannot speak highly enough about Paella Party as a wedding caterer. We had them at our wedding and still continue to hear from our guests how much they loved the food! Everything from the linens to the tableware and presentation of the food was excellent. And they were able to accommodate all of hour changes throughout the planning process (which were many!). And once again, the food was absolutely DELICIOUS!

I would highly recommend Paella Party to all future brides and grooms!

They are top of the line, the whole staff was exceptional! not a flaw to their plan they totally adapted to my Plan B setup due to the rain. Blanca was super easy to work with and had great customer service skills. Totally recommend this cater. They are super punctional and the food was the best I have ever had
at an event this size. I must say half the people went back for seconds.

I cannot even begin to say how happy I am with the services Paella Party provided for me this past Saturday for my wedding. Boni, the owner, went above and beyond to be flexible and to make sure my wedding turned out perfect. He and his staff were always reachable and always ready to solve my problems. Everyone at the wedding said the food was outstanding and the venue owners were extremely pleased with their services and professionalism. They knew exactly what they were doing and you can tell they've been in the business for many years! I was able to not only get the food from them but also all of the rentals. That meant having only 1 vender to have to communicate with and made everything so easy for me. They always delivered as promised and were ready to go the extra mile. Great attention to detail. I highly recommend them for ANY event, whether big or small. Thank you, Paella Party!!!!!

Loved the food - appetizers, raw bar, and of course the paella! They were super helpful in creating a menu that was unique to us and exactly what we wanted. The service was great - aside from the rogue waiter who started serving the bride's personal Moet champagne to guests - he felt pretty bad about that. All in all, would recommend in a heartbeat! Great value for what you get!
