Jessika did an amazing job on my wedding. Planning a wedding from afar is very stressful, but she took care of everything and was very responsive. I got so many compliments from my guests on how beautiful the wedding was and how amazing the food is. I strongly recommend hiring Jessika to plan your wedding!

My wedding ran an hour and a half late. Because she scheduled the officiant for the wrong day. Did not provide a bartender which was payed for. Did not apologize or try to right the wrong

We booked out wedding a year in advance down in Puerto Rico. We was given Jessica's name by the property owner in which we was going to have out wedding. Everything seemed great, she was very helpful and we was looking forward to our wedding. But Covid-19 hit, we continued planning our wedding. Jessica kept on telling us Puerto Rico was doing great and we will not have a problem with out wedding. Then lockdowns happen and social gathering and events in PR was banned. We asked Jessica about the lockdown and she said they really don't listen to the Governor and do what they want. We decided for the safe and will being for out close family and guest to cancel the wedding. She informed us that she will have no problem giving out refund back, she will just need a little time. We was very patient with her, after weeks went by, no phone call, text, or email. We had to make contact with her and she asked for more time, which we gave her. Again not call, no text, or email. We tried to call her again and should would not pick up. Still we are waiting on our refund eventhough we have it in writing they she will give it a refund. So now we are going to other channels to get our refund aka State Attorney General.
