A no-stress wedding

Latisha was the absolute MVP from start to finish. She connected us with most of our vendors (we were planning a Hudson Valley wedding from out of state and didn’t even know where to start), offered advice, guidance, and assistance along the way, and absolutely made sure that everything was totally taken care of the day of our wedding.

Everyone tells you that wedding planning and weddings are stressful - I can honestly say that with Latisha I was completely stress free the whole year that we planned the wedding, the week leading up to it, and day-of! She’s a total pro and will remember everything that you forget PLUS her team will make sure that you actually get to eat and drink at the wedding instead of trying to fix problems - a dream!

Professional and an amazing spirit!

I've had the pleasure of collaborating with Latisha a few times on styled shoots, and she is such a joy to work with! Aside from Latisha's professionalism, talent, attention to detail, and great eye, one of my favourite parts about her is her amazing personality! She lights up a room with her smile and is always so positive, even when it's the 10th hour of a styled shoot and everyone is exhausted and ready to go home! Through collaborating with Latisha, we have been able to bring our visions to life beautifully. I hope we can collaborate again in the future!

First off, I have to point out how personable Latisha is. She is so lovely, and so real. She treats you exactly like she would want to be treated...with respect. She goes out of her way to make you happy.

Latisha has such an eye for detail, and welcomes opinions from everyone involved. I was part of a styled shoot with her, and did not feel intimidated whatsoever. She welcomed input from everyone in the group with grace, and she organized everything to perfection.

Forever Brooch Bouquets will continue to recommend her to everyone I know. If you are looking for a wedding planner who has an eye for detail, and is familiar with the “style of the year”, look no further. BluuRibbon Events is where you want to be.

I had the pleasure of being a guest at a wedding where Latisha stepped in to assist the couple execute the vision for their day - with literally less than 24 hours notice! She quickly acclimated herself to the venue, coordinated with all parties, and even ran out to help get extra supplies in order to fill any gaps that she saw. Her team was flawless - despite being called in at the last minute to help! If she was able to do this with less than 24 hours notice, I can only imagine how amazing Bluu Ribbon would be when hired from the very beginning of the wedding planning process.

Bluu Ribbon Events was our wedding fairy godmother! Latisha was such a great person to work with, she really helped to make our fairytale wedding (05/26/18) dreams come true. She was personable and professional, she was always easy to reach when the stressing bride (me!) Or mother of the bride needed some advice or just to vent! She was patient with our indecisiveness, and quick with our wishes. Any question I had she found the answer to, and if she didn't know she would find out immediately! Latisha and her crew really made the day run smoothly. I saw her entire team working tirelessly so that me, my husband and our family didn't have to feel the weight of the wedding. We were truly able to enjoy the whole thing. I cannot thank them enough. WE LOVE BLUU RIBBON EVENTS!!

Latisha was absolutely amazing! I regret not finding her sooner. I originally requested wedding coordination but she quickly helped me realize all of the little things I was forgetting and I upgraded to partial package. She swooped in and saved me from calling the entire wedding off. Never hire a friend or family to help with your WEDDING! Let them enjoy your wedding. She organized an amazing cocktail display, help me decided on my selection at the bar, she even had glue for my aunts shoe strap that popped at the ceremony. Not to mention I forgot place cards. Latisha was quick to helped everyone find their seats for an amazing dinner! She had the master copy to my entire wedding. Things I didn’t even remember telling her. Thank you sooo much Latisha and the entire Bluu Ribbons team.

In picking a wedding planner we knew that the person that we chose had to embody our vision of our Dream wedding. Picking bluu ribbon events was the first step. At that point we knew this was the right decision. Latisha of Bluu Ribbon was there throughout all the different ideas. With the expertise of a wedding planning it helped calm a pregnant bride and her soon to be husband. On the day of the wedding (June 15, 2018) Latisha came with us (Bride, Groom, wedding party, and family) to the city clerk office providing bouquets and boutonnieres. After making sure we had our first look in a New York way she walked in with us. Then she went to Puglia restaurant to set up for our Wedding Dinner Reception where Bluu Ribbon Events transformed a space of the restaurant into magic. We are grateful and honored. Thank you Bluu Ribbon Events.
