I could write a two page review on how awful my experience was at Blush this past weekend but no one wants to read that so I will make it brief. My sister made an appointment for her bridal party to get blow outs before her wedding ceremony. There were 9 of us and there were only 2 hairstylists staffed to do our hair. They called in the owner to help and she was the worst...her employees were 10 times better than her. All she wanted was money and she had not an ounce of professionalism or customer service skills. One hairstylists told my cousin that they didn't know how to do her hair because it was so long (it was halfway down her back). I came out looking like I belonged in a 1950s Housekeeping magazine with 3 inches of poofy hairspray-ie mess on the top of my head. Oh, and that was done by none other than the owner herself. When I asked her to fix it she said it would cost more money and she would only do it if she had time in the end. She implied that I was trying to take time and attention way from my sister, the bride, which really got under my skin. The owner did not talk to me at all after that. She didn't try to make the situation better or get another staff member to help. She just wants money and it is the most pathetic excuse for a business I have seen in quite some time. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.
