We solicited B&B for day-of wedding planning as well as some short-term pre-wedding planning in the months leading up to the big day. We worked closely with Jena and then Chantelle joined in week of. We had such a wonderful experience with both of them. They are professional, on top of everything, and very kind. They helped us think through every detail as well. We had an outdoor wedding reception and had a 15-minute run-in with a dourpour right before cocktail hour started, but Jena and Chantelle managed the audible very well, to the point that Sarah and I and our guests didn't even notice. B&B helps organize the small details that really make a wedding pop / next level. Sarah was looking for a garden-party vibe, and they helped us perfectly execute on it. Jenna was hands down amazing . I couldn’t have imagine my wedding being as Beautiful as it was without her. I knew what I wanted but I didn’t know how to explain it . But she totally got it and did everything and more. From my flowers to my decor she helped me with every detail . She brought my vision to life and it was breath taking . During my planning process I decided to hire 2 of my vendors myself and they were 2 huge disasters . My hair and makeup team I booked wouldn’t return my calls emails 11 days before more wedding I was panicking and when they did get back with me the owner of the hair company she told me not to contact her on text . So I was so upset I told Jenna, and less than 11 days she found my the best hair and makeup team!! Without hesitation she knew exactly what to do. She has amazing connections . Then my florist was super rude and horrible treated me bad. Wouldn’t tell me what type of flowers I was getting , that a big deal to me . So After the meeting Jenna asked me how I felt, I said horrible I don’t even know the type of flowers I was getting I was super upset and she handled it . We left the meeting she immediately got on the phone and called me and said I got it all taken care of and we set up a meeting with the new florist and they did amazing!! We hired Jena as our month/day of coordinator with our wedding which took place July 2021 in downtown Cincinnati. We had to delay our original wedding by a year due to COVID and Jena helped us manage through everything since day one! She helped us create a detailed timeline for our bridal party/vendors, met us at our venue with a few our vendors at several different instances prior to our wedding and was just easy to work with & quick to respond to. She provided some great insight and feedback when we were indecisive or just plain clueless on what to do. Jena was on top of everything during our rehearsal and our wedding day (she even helped pick up lunch for the bridal party!) She is the best and just great to work with, I 100% would recommend her to help with your wedding!!!

I was one of those brides on the fence about hiring wedding planners. I can tell you now you WON’T regret it. Blush and Bloom Wedding planning was worth every penny!! They were always timely and organized in their communication with me and my other vendors. They used their expertise to help us build the perfect timeline that flowed seamlessly. They completely transformed our reception venue into a Pinterest-worthy scene. And best of all, they were always there to problem-solve so that our day was stress free. For example, they found a florist replacement after my original vendor canceled the day before. They delivered the flowers to us and they were even more amazing than I had anticipated. We also forgot the wedding rings and didn’t realize it until the ceremony was starting. Lisa eased our minds and told us she would go fetch them and was back in what felt like a blink of an eye. I’m sure there were other problems that arose throughout the day that I don’t even know about because they handled it all! My family, fiancé and I had zero stress on the big day because we trusted Jena and Lisa to get the job done and they delivered above and beyond. What a gift!!

Lisa and Jena were absolutely amazing. They worked tirelessly to help bring the vision I had in my head (and my pinterest board) to life. Lisa was always responsive and prompt. They built our timeline, coordinated with our vendors, and made sure our day ran as seamless as possible. And when there were hiccups - they handled them with ease and professionalism (that we found out about later). I would hire them over and over. They were a blast to work with and their work is incredible. They allowed me, my husband, and my family to truly enjoy the biggest and best day - and I attribute the success of the event in large part to them.

Our wedding ran so smoothly thanks to Jena. She made sure everything was thought of and executed perfectly! I seriously don’t know what our wedding would have been like if we hadn’t hired her as our coordinator. Thanks to her we were able to enjoy our most special day completely stress free!

Our number one wedding goal was to be present on our big day. Jena and Lisa did everything and more to ensure we did not get caught in the details, and we reached that goal.

I can not speak highly enough of the ladies of Blush + Bloom. They were professional, timely, and delivered on all promised services. Thing is they did SO MUCH more! We lost multiple vendors just weeks before our wedding. Jena assisted in finding area vendors that could meet our needs. We had several other last minute COVID issues that Jena pivoted on without breaking a sweat.

The day of the wedding I did NOTHING! Jena and Lisa coordinated our decor deliveries, covered all set up with the florist, directed band arrivals, decorated, moved decor between events, ensured all members of the bridal party were prompt and present, assisted with my dress bustle, worked with venue staff to ensure fluidity of the event, and that our BOE was carried out to its fullest. Not to mention Jena and Lisa did all this in the shadows while still making time to check in on myself and bridal party.

I can not express how grateful I am for the ladies of Blush + Bloom for helping make our wedding day run so smoothly. The value for their level of services is an absolute steal as they go so far above and beyond.

Hi highly recommend Blush and Bloom! Jena is so amazing, and I didn't worry about a thing on my wedding day which was amazing! I was able to just enjoy my wedding day. She made everything go very smoothly. She also helped me with making some decisions on décor which was super nice. She had some décor that she just let me use for the wedding. She also helped us find rentals for a good price too. She took care of everything. Jena made everything less stressful leading up to the wedding and the day of and she is also just a really nice person to work with. I think they were my favorite vendor I had for my wedding. I don't know how we would have done my wedding without her and Kayla. I don't think I would have enjoyed my wedding as much without them and I don't think we would have been able to get everything cleaned up at the end without them. Would give them 10 stars if I could!
